This is my second year staying at Seascape. We had beautiful weather everyday that we were there. The condo was fabulous..lots of new updates. Love the flat screens. Everything was well stocked, very clean and very modern. This year was my husband and I, my son, niece and my mother in law. Everyone had a wonderful time. The view was beautiful as always. Can't wait until next year:)

Our family recently spent a week in this condo and it was perfect! It was very spacious and clean. Our boys could each have their own bedroom and flat screen tv! The kitchen has anything you could possibly need. I loved that it was just steps to the beach and that the balconies face the ocean providing amazing views! We got to meet Deb, her husband and son. They were extremely friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed. I hope to be able to come back to Myrtle Beach and stay in this beautiful condo again!

I just returned from staying in this unit from 09-24-11 to 10-01-11. After spending the week here I would highly recommend this unit and Debbie (the owner) to anyone. We loved the location and the fact that we only had to walk up a half flight of stairs to get into the unit. The unit is very modern and well decorated. The kitchen is stocked with all kinds of pots and pans and the beds are comfortable (what more can you ask for?). We had no problems during our stay and will be looking to rent this unit again.

The condo is well maintained, and clean. Kitchen is well equipped.Great location, with ocean views from the balcony and the master bedroom. Tip: take your own beach chairs with you, as they can be expensive to purchase. We loved Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. The Tanger Outlet has good deals as well. We wouldn't recommend the show, Pirates Voyage. The food wasn't the greatest and the show was just okay, nothing spectacular. We did enjoy the Ripley's Aquarium. The mermaid show was great. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

My husband and I and our 2 teenage boys spent a great week in this wonderful condo. Everything was as described in the listing and the condo is incredibly well appointed and stocked with everything you could want or need. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Deb, who was very helpful with information and tending to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this rental! Can't wait to return again!

The week of June 25 we stayed at this condo. It was perfect for my family. There is lots of room and it is so close to the beach. The rooms are nice size and it is great to have a washer and dryer. My kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. This is close to everything in Myrtle Beach...shopping and tons of places to eat. The kitchen is very well equipped and is just like being at home. I would recommend this condo for anyone who loves the beach and is looking for a relaxing vacation.

We spent Memorial week vacationing at this outstanding location this year. The location could not be better. My wife and two other couples enjoyed most everything about the condo. The views were great, yes the dune is there, but it blocks very little of the beautiful view, and actually gives you a little privacy from the beach goers. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool and hot tub are very nice as well. The location is great if you enjoy the surf as well. We were able to surf and boogie board right in front of the condo balcony daily. We would highly recommend the stay at the condo. The owner was very helpful and we received our full deposit less than a week after we returned home. I can’t stress how stocked the kitchen is allowing you to cook in if you want saving a ton of money. We are ready to return already and it’s only been a week. The laundry room right in the condo was awesome for six adults. Our thanks to the owners for a great vacation.

We rented this condo for the week of May 7-14. Condo was spotless, very near the beach with a landry room connected out the front door. Every thing we needed was there. There was a dune in front of the building, but barely dented the view. It's a nice, comfy low rise condo building that was perfect for our needs and price range. 6 of us used the condo, and there was enough room for all of us to have private places to excape to. Pool and hot tub were great. Owner contacted me within 2 weeks to return my security deposit! Thanks!

First the good points....beautiful condo, clean and in a great area. Now for the bad. View out of the living room slider is obstructed by a high dune. Air conditioning stopped working after the third day there. We tried calling the maintenance number which was left for us and it was disconnected. We called the owner and she told us someone would be by to fix it. That person never showed up. I informed the owner when we returned home that the air conditioning was still broken. Fourteen days after our return, I contacted the owner by e-mail inquiring as to when we would receive our security deposit back. She never returned my e-mail. A call was placed to her cell phone and she informed us that we would not be receiving our security deposit because it took her cleaning lady 4 hours to clean the condo. My family has been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for many years and has never, EVER, had a problem with the way we leave a condo/house. She asked us to wait a few days until she could talk to her cleaning person about what was wrong with the condo. A few days later, we called her again (after not hearing from her) and informed her that we would like an itemized listing (including pricing) of what took 4 hours to clean and how much it cost beyond the cleaning fee including in the weekly rent. At that point, she said she didn't want to deal with this and that she was sending us our security deposit back, which we received a few days later. My advice is if you rent this condo, take pictures of it before you leave!!

We stayed the week of April 1st. The condo was spotless, with everything included. Right on the beach..private hot tub, beautiful view, close to everything! The owners were wonderful and very helpful with all of our questions. It is a home away from home. We will definitely stay again! This condo is perfect for anyone!

Great winter escape

This was the 2nd year that we have escaped winter to stay in this comfortable condo on the beach. The condo is bright and clean and easy to maintain and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch followed by daily beach walks and a dip in the hottub. A special moment was the early morning wakeup by the mockingbird which sang outside our window.We look forward to returning next year to this home away from home.

My husband and I and four children were very pleased with the accommodations. This condo was clean, bright, and welcoming. The screened in porch overlooking the beach kept me mesmerized. Having both the beach and pool just steps away kept my kids entertained. The screened in area by the front door was so convenient to keep the boogie boards and beach chairs. I would return in a heartbeat! The VBO staff gave us good recommendations for restaurants and a water park. The owners responded quickly to any questions.

It is an excellent condo, well stocked with a great location. Love the screened in porch and the short walk to the pool and the beach. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to relax or do any of the great tourist attreactions. Love Barefoot Landing and the Tanger Outlet Mall.

I have been going to Myrtle Beach about 3 times/year for the past 2 years. I have stayed at Sea Scape #107 three times now and can confidently say it is the greatest condo experience one could ask for in Myrtle Beach. Clear pride of ownership exists throughout the condo: it is immaculately clean, has a spacious floorplan, and has many "little details" that make the condo feel like home (e.g. Kitchen utensils/appliances, wall decor, flat screen TVs, hardwood floors, wireless internet, etc.). The condo also has a BEAUTIFUL view of the beach - we love sitting on the front porch in hte morning and at night, just watching the ocean waves and enjoying time with family (so relaxing)! The Sea Scape complex itself has a pool, hot tub, convenient parking, and is very close to some of Myrtle's great restaurants and amenities. As long as I continue visiting Myrtle Beach, I plan on staying at Sea Scape! Many thanks to the owners for such a wonderful and accomodating stay!

We felt at home during our visit to the beach in this unit, it was nicely updated and very clean. This unit is oceanfront and has a beautiful ocean view from the screeened-in portch. My family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed their stay. We had plenty of room to relax and all the comforts of home. The beds were comfortable, the view was breathtaking and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We hope to stay again next year!! Wonderful owners and no problems with anything!

My stay at Seascape # 107 was so enjoyable. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated, the view from the screened in porch was awesome! I liked that the pool was oceanfront and not on the side of the builing next to a parking lot. The location was great, close to alot of the major attractions. I would rent this condo again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in NMB.

I just spent one week at this lovely condo with my family and we absolutely loved it. It has an awesome layout, great views of the ocean, was a very centralized location, and was very nicely decorated. My three year old and one year old came along for the trip and this condo was perfect for kids their age. The especially liked the flat screen television (and it was nice that there was a television in each room) for all their d.v.d.'s. It was also nice to have a screened porch on the back of the unit for beautiful views, but also on the front to store beach toys and floats. Overall, the condo exceeded my expectations and we look foward to visiting again in the future.

Just spent 1 week in this awesome condo at Sea Scape, we found it absolutely perfect for 3 mature ladies, having a friends reunion. It was quiet, comfortable and superb location ! I highly recommend this condo for any families with small children, girlfriends getaway or even for a group of men who are golfing. We found several oceanfront bars, one at the Maritime Resort and another at Molly Darcy's, just one mile north of the condo. Good drinks and good views !

We spent a wonderful week-plus at this condo in North Myrtle Beach. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well-appointed. The decor was lovely and cheerful, and the furniture comfortable. The beach was also clean and not over-crowded, and the area has many restaurants as well as entertainment, including for children. The owner was very helpful, and the local property-management staff were quite welcoming. I would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends!
