Sand Dollar Villas is a small complex (40) units that provides you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without the crowded, hustle and bustle of most condominium properties.
The unit you will be staying in is on the second floor, 15 feet from the elevator door to your front door. The fresh, clean and well decorated unit faces the south, which means you have the sun on the deck during daylight hours the year around. To make your comfort and viewing more enjoyable, you will be sitting in tall high back chairs with a tall table.
The kitchen is fully equipped and puts everything at your finger tips. All of the living areas are tiled and both bedrooms are carpeted.

We had never been to Amelia Island before and we really enjoyed our stay. The owner worked with us on the details. The condo met all our needs, no problems. The beach was great and also the downtown. Will definitely come back again!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We loved our stay at Sandollar Villas. This is a great condo that is neat and clean and nicely decorated. Fit our family of 4 well. Nice pool and easy access to the beach. Loved that it was not crowded at all!! Beautiful view from the balcony.......love watching the pier in the mornings. Close to many good restaurants and shopping. Great price and a great vacation!!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our family stayed in this condo during an eight day vacation to Fernandina. It was so nice... we didn't want to go home!! We had everything that we needed! The owner was very nice, as were the managers of the complex. We enjoyed the pool, beach, Fourth of July fireworks... all in a family environment. The condo is in a great location. We walked to "The Surf" and enjoyed a delicious dinner. We would love to stay in this condo again for a family vacation!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My girlfriends and I were looking for a relaxing vacation for a few days. We found it here! This condo was wonderful, it had everything we needed. The beach was beutiful and we had a great time in downtown fernandina. I would recommend this rental to anyone. The owners are very easy to work with and the pricing is very reasonable!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.
