Get the new Webber Gas BBQ up and running and switch on the landscape lights in the trees...perfect! Clever landscaping provides perfect seclusion and privacy to the 1 acre back yard and while the World Class Water Ski action is enjoyable on the lake during the day time hours, by 5 pm, peace and tranquility descend. Beyond the waterski lake is the 18 hole golf course (Swiss fairways which offer very reasonable green Fees) so total privacy is ensured.

Just arrived back from 10 wonderful days at this dream rental property. And it really was a dream. The house and property is absolutely gorgeous and we loved sitting out by the pool watching an Osprey pluck fish out of the lake until the water skiers took over. The pool area is one of the nicest I've ever seen with absolute privacy and wonderful views of the lake. Played golf every day as we experienced some of the nicest weather ever. Everything about this place was an absolute delight. Hope to return next year. Oh yeah..the owner was also wonderful to work with...made everything super easy.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The house is welcoming and spacious. The bedrooms are a nice size and have the expected amenities. Staying there reminds me of staying at home. Located with the water ski lake in the backyard, the house is easily accessible to the water ski docks and has wonderful views of the waterfront.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was our first time staying at this property on our yearly vacation to Orlando and we are very pleased with our decision to try this house. The floor plan is perfect for everyone to have their own space but also perfect to get together. The pool is amazing and it overlooks the ski school...I found myself enjoying the skiers go by while lounging in the pool with drink in hand almost daily. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is welcoming and willing to assist if you have questions or need anything. Gwen was instant with response for the questions we had when we arrived at 11pm our first night...thank you again for everything Gwen! The house if beautiful and has everything you will need to enjoy your time there. A very close friend of mine is a Chef at the Swan & Dolphin hotel at Disney and we were lucky enough to have him cook for us a couple nights. Those were 5 star 4 course meals and he had no issues finding what he needed from the kitchen and all that you provide with the home...he even complemented on how nice the kitchen and grill were. Your home was great and we thank you for letting us stay there during our vacation. We will definitely use your home again for our next trip to Orlando.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a great stay in this spacious, clean, well equipped home. Our teenage kids loved having their own bedrooms with their own bathroom and plenty of closet space. Mom and Dad enjoyed early morning coffee sitting around the private pool while gazing at the lake. Lots to do - excellent lessons at the Swiss water ski school, golf course minutes away, easy drive to all Disney Parks, great outlet and mall shopping, restaurants or swim in your own pool and hot tub!!! Free wireless allowed us to have information to plan each day. This house and location kept everyone happy this holiday! We would highly recommend this property. Our only complaint is that our stay was way tooo short!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Gwen, Thank you so much for our stay in your house. It was perfect and suited our needs exactly. We left on Monday morning as planned and were quite sad to be going. Our daughter had a great time on her swim camp at the NTC so it wouldn't surprise me if we are heading back there later in the year so we might be asking you if we can book the house once again in the not too distant future. I must say I can really see why people retire to Florida. To have sunshine and 80 degrees faranheit in the depths of winter is heaven! About the owner: We are a family of avid waterskiers and this location offers us the opportunity to enjoy this and all our outdoor activities. We are also Triathletes and have completed The Horrible Hundred Bike ride here in Clermont, The Great Floridian IronMan Distance Triathlon, many of the shorter local Triathlons and many of the local running races. Clermont is a great place for the recreational and competitive athlete, the tournament and casual waterskier and of course the enthusiastic golfer.
