The one bedroom 'Nantucket' is one of 8 immaculate luxury 1,2, and 3 bedroom townhomes. The Nantucket is located on the second floor of the turret and includes one private bedroom with a queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, fully appointed chef's kitchen,bathroom , washer/dryer, free wifi, cable and fireplace .
The Nantucket has the best view of Lake Macatawa across the street ( 20 feet to be exact) and is within walking distance from the Holland State Park Beach and Tunnel Park beach. We are located on the corner of Ottawa Beach Road and Lake Street. Ottawa Beach road dead-ends at the Holland State Park (BEACH) less than one mile. The beaches are large,sandy,clean and complete with the Big Red Light House and pier.
On-site amenities include a beautiful HEATED swimming pool open Memorial Day weekend through mid Oct. The the hot tub is open mid May through Nov. ( dates are approximate depending on the weather).

The Beach House isn't just a summer destination .We are open and active Year-Round. Of course there’s no better place to be in the spring than Holland's Tulip Time Festival. Known for our famous Tulip Time Festival, Windmill Island and Dutch Village just to name a few of our local attractions. Fall is a great time to take a hike and enjoy the fall colors. The Beach House is surrounded by miles and miles of bike trails. In the winter curl up next to your own cozy fireplace, cross country ski or just marvel at Lake Michigan’s Icebergs. The downtown is a great place to shop even during the snowiest winter days with Holland's downtown HEATED downtown sidewalks and outdoor fireplace. Holland’s downtown is vibrant year round and is a huge draw for locals and visitors alike.

** Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the grounds.
**No Pets of any size.

My husband and I had a great Fourth of July getaway at this property. It was very clean and well maintained. We loved the pool and large patio with grill area! Biking and walking distance to Holland State park made our stay so enjoyable because we were able to watch the sunsets---so incredibly beautiful. I would recommend staying in this unit.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
