0042 Knudson Ranch Place is located in Bachelor Springs, a quiet, gated community in the Village of Arrowhead. The open floor plan of the main floor includes a comfortable family room with gas fireplace and TV, as well as a dining table that seats 10 people with seating for 3 additional people at the counter. The fully stocked kitchen includes a side by side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven/cook-top, and pantry. This floor also includes a bedroom with a queen bed and an adjacent full bath.
The second level includes two bedrooms with private baths, including the Master Suite. The Master Suite includes a queen bed, small balcony, TV, and walk in closet. The Master Bath includes a glass shower enclosure and a jetted tub. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and its own private bath.
The lower level includes a final bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom, and walk in closet, and TV. The laundry room is also on this level and includes washer, dryer, and sink. The garage offers ample space for storage of ski or golf equipment.
An on-call shuttle is available during the winter months to provide transportation to the Arrowhead Ski Basin. European-style village to village skiing connects Arrowhead, Bachelor's Gulch, and Beaver Creek Ski areas. The Vail ski area is a short 20 minute drive east on I-70. Just west on Highway 6 you will find the 'Riverwalk' and 'The Corner at Edwards' shopping centers. Among the many retail establishments guests can also find numerous restaurants and bars, a grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks, and the Riverwalk movie theater. Just west on Highway 6 you will find the town of Avon with a full complement of shopping needs. Addtionally, the Avon Recreation Center has an indoor water park with slide and full exercise gym with classes on a per/pay availability.
The Eagle River is accross the street, with walking and biking paths, and fly fishing.

I went to Colorado for the first time to celebrate my birthday with my family! I couldn't have picked a better place! The home was amazing, a fantastic split floor plan that allowed each family member privacy and room to breathe. The place was beautifully decorated in mountain decor, with gorgeous pine accents and a warm and inviting fireplace on the middle floor. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was supplied with every tool a chef would need. It was glorious to sit by the fireplace and look over the snow covered trees and creek. The snow was magnificent and we had no problems getting in and out of the home because of it's location, close to the entry. I am not a skier but found Vail, and the the surrounding local towns, shops and restaurants had plenty to keep me amused. I look forward to returning to Arrowhead and would love to stay in the same home again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Excellent vacation rental. The townhouse really accommodates guests well. The bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is fully stocked. The living room and dining room are sunny and cheerful. All rooms are fully furnished, clean and well-maintained. The best feature is its location and convenience. The shuttle service to the slopes make skiing so easy. If someone in your group wants to go home, they simply take the shuttle and the rest of the group can stay on the slopes.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The shuttle was so convenient. No hassles as many restaurants close by, but we chose to eat in a lot as kitchen is cozy and wonderfully equipped. Enjoyed the fireplace, comfortable beds, individual thermostats. We had a great vacation and plan to stay again in the future. The house is much prettier than in the pictures, and there are mountain views from every window.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We just returned from a wonderful week long vacation at this home. We've rented numerous vacation homes around the country and this was the nicest one yet. It is extremely comfortable and very well furnished. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, the bathrooms the same with plenty of drawer and counterspace. The kitchen is very well stocked with good housewares, not the cheap things we sometimes find in rental homes - there was nothing we needed that wasn't there. The living/dining area was quite comfortable - plenty of room and nicely furnished. There's a large utility/laundry room right off of the garage, which made it very convenient. The entire home felt more like a lived in home, not a vaction rental with just the bare essentials. The location is amazing - right in between the small towns of Avon and Edwards and very close to several ski resorts (with lots of summertime activities). The owner is great to work with as well. You will be very happy with your choice of this home. We certainly hope to return there some day! Enjoy your stay....Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Close to everything I visited, Comfortable home had everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. A great family place with enough privacy for everyone. We just returned home from our stay and everything about this property was terrific. The owner was easy to work with and responded to my emails immediately. The house was clean and extremely comfortable. The weather was uncharacterically warm for Colorado, but each room had a ceiling fan; therefore, the temperature was not a real issue. We had varying ages in our party and everyone loved the location as well as the house. I would recommend renting this house to anyone and would love to visit again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed for one night and enjoyed the free shuttle to the slopes of Arrowhead and Beaver Creek, the great dining and live music in nearby Vail, the shopping in Edwards and the hiking by the river.
