Why the Owner Chose Maravilla
Maravilla became our obvious choice when we began looking for a beach vacation home. We immediately fell in love with the intimate atmosphere. We didn't feel as if we were in a 25 story hotel. The 4 story buildings were just right for us. We chose Building 2 at Maravilla resort because the entire beach opens up in front of us as we walk out onto our balcony. We have almost 180 degree unobstructed views of the beach. Some of the best parts are the intimate conversations that you can have with perfect strangers as they walk their dogs on the large path in front of the complex.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Maravilla is located on Scenic Gulf Drive and it is one of most beautiful stretches of road in all the world. We enjoy walking on the walking along the large 7 foot wide path for miles and just look at the waves lapping onto the shore. In the morning, since the master bedroom goes out onto the balcony, we enjoy an early morning coffee while we watch the sun come up in the east. Pompano Joe's on the beach, is only 1/4 mile away, and an easy walk for some great seafood right on the beach. But the best part is the warm family atmosphere. It is simply the best.

The largest oulet mall in the country. You could easily spend an entire day there. But you can also eat at Panera Bread, sip your favorite lattee at Starbucks, or enjoy a great ice cream at one the
Great upscale Seafood on the beach. You'll love seeing the setting sun and the waves crashing a few feet away from your table

My husband and I grew up in different parts of the country. He grew up in the south and I'm a Midwest girl. A few years after we married he introduced me to Destin, since he was already familiar with this area from his Naval Aviation training days in Pensacola, Florida. I fell in love with Destin. The sugar white sand and the emerald green waters made want to come back year after year. After a while we finally convinced ourselves we needed to have our own place in the wonderful paradise.
