Our beachfront unit raises the bar at Maravilla with a brand new decor. No other unit can compare.
We just completed a total kitchen rennovation (Jan. 2008). Granite counter tops, Stainless appliances, Side by side, Smooth top electric stove, Granite bar area. This is the ultimate at Maravilla.
All bedrooms have new Ceramic Tile floors. Now the entire unit has ceramic and Porcelain floors. We have just installed beautiful porcelain tile flors in both bedrooms.
Both bathrooms have New Granite countertops, new mirrors, sinks and matching cabinets with the Kitchen.
Your "Home away from Home" is one of the most beautifully decorated condominums at Maravilla. Ceramic tile floors with beautiful accent rugs greet you at the door. You will fall in love with the comfortable atmosphere, hand picked furniture, elegant touches, and soothIng colors.
We have decorated our beautiful Condominium with Warm and Soothing West Indies Decor. Antique touches grace every corner, from the Antique armoir in the living room, the Elephant Lamp with Faux Ivory, to the ceramic Tiger in the Master Bedroom.
The balcony faces the Gulf and you can almost jump into the water from your deck. Walk out of your master bedroom in the morning directly onto the Balcony with your morning Coffee.
If tennis is your "thing", there are two tennis courts right on the property.
Our condominium is continuously in high demand with repeat families who have enjoyed the warmth and elegance of this retreat. We have a fully equiped condominium with all you need for a quick snack or a gourmet dinner.
Two (2) beautiful pools, one of which is located among the palms near the beach, is virtually outside your balcony. The other is located on the north end of the complex, features a large hot tub, adjacent tennis courts, club house with large screen TV, and work out room.
