This is actually 2 attached units. A suite with a loft that has 2 queen beds and full bath. The main level has a Murphy bed and a sofa sleeper, and another full bath. As well a fully stocked kitchen. There is a gas fireplace. The balcony looks over one of the main ski areas and several lifts. You will also get a beautiful sunset view down Little Cottonwood Canyon. The balcony is directly above the shared, heated pool. From the pool you may also watch the last of the afternoon skiers come down the mountain.
The unit that is attached is a motel-like room. It has 2 queen size beds, a full bath, a mini refrigerator and a microwave and TV.
There is a wonderful restaurant in the lodge itself, or it is a short walk to the Tram Center where there are more restaurants, shops, ski rentals and the Mountain School.
Keywords: Time Share. We have week number 10, which is usually the first or second week of March. Great spring skiing!

Year Purchased: 1975
About the owner: I live with my husband and 4 children, 2 dogs, 1 cat and a bird. We have enjoyed these units as family many times. My oldest 2 are in college and we have been a little busy to get out there the last couple of years.
Why the Owner Chose Snowbird:
After skiing many years in Colorado as a child and young adult. And then in Europe and Canada. My husband and I tried out Snowbird. I don't love the freezing temperatures of winter. So spring skiing has always been our favorite. I have never seen such consistently large amounts of spring snow as I have in Utah.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
These 2 units are unique in that they are at the very end of the building so you have a balcony and a deck and a panoramic view of Little Cottonwood Canyon. If you are wiling, you can walk across the street and ski down a short incline to the base of a chairlift, they will give you one ride for free so you can then ski over to the Tram Center. Or you may buy your lift tickets in Iron Blosam Lodge. There is a locker for each unit. We have been able to put 3 to 4 pairs of skis in each.
