Vacation Aruba in our beach casual Villa only 200 steps from the beach. Our Aruba Villa is situated in one of the most prestigious residential neighborhoods of Aruba. Located on the main beach road a few minutes from the Palm Beach high-rise hotels, casinos & nightlife along some of the best beaches on the island. This beautiful 2 story air conditioned villa, approximately 3500 SF, features a private master suite with bath, king size bed and covered balcony on the upper level overlooking the ocean and pool. Villa provides 4 additional bedrooms, with individual baths, large dining and living room, modern kitchen, laundry room and out-door covered porch. The private in-ground pool and patio area with barbecue is perfect for entertaining with family and friends under the stars as well as to dine and grill outside. The house sleeps 10 adults comfortably in its three lower bedrooms and two upper bedrooms.
Villa Description:: Living Room, Dining Room & Kitchen:
The front entrance leads into a large living and dining room with high vaulted wooden ceilings that create an open atmosphere. French doors open onto the covered porch, patio, pool and Jacuzzi. The spacious modern kitchen with vaulted ceiling is complete with a gas range and oven, microwave, granite counters and island breakfast bar, dishes, silverware and pots & pans. The entire first level is beautifully tiled and serves as an excellent gathering place for family and friends. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer is supplied on premises as an additional convenience.
Broadband Internet Access:
For those of you who cannot stay away from work or the Internet, we have provided broadband Internet access for your laptop computers included with your stay.
Master Suite & Balcony:
A luxurious master-suite with a king-sized bed, vaulted ceilings and sliding glass doors to a covered balcony overlooks the ocean. Walk-in closets and dual sinks in the master bathroom with a large glass blocked shower enclosure complete this master suite.
A second upstairs bedroom and queen bed with its own private bathroom can be used as a study, sitting room or baby’s room. Between the two upstairs bedrooms is a small kitchenette with fridge for those late night snacks.
First Floor Bedrooms:
Off the hallway behind the kitchen are three bedrooms, again each with their own private bathrooms so that each bedroom has total privacy. The first floor master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, its own tiled bathroom and is located at the end of the hallway and includes a private outdoor entrance to the pool area and patio. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and each includes a private tiled bathroom.
The Arashi Beach Area:: Our villa is located only 200 steps around the corner, past two homes to the north end of Boca Catalina Beach, which is small and secluded beach excellent for sunbathing and snorkeling. This is the Gold Coast area of Aruba and since most of the properties consist of private year-round residential homes and villas, the beaches are not crowded and often you will be alone on this small beach. Walking eight houses the other direction, toward the California Lighthouse, brings you to the main Arashi Beach that has small huts for sunbathing and a larger magnificent white sand beach with calm waters for swimming or snorkeling.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect 'home away from home' to spend the one year anniversary of our wedding! The home was well equipped with everything we could have needed and is located in a picturesque area of the island. Arashi beach, a 3 minute walk down the street, was a perfect place to unwind, soak up some island sun, snorkel and watch amazing Caribbean sunsets. The house was beautifully, yet comfortably decorated and had ALL the ammenities we could have asked for and more! This would be a perfect sanctuary for a romantic week away or well fit for a family vacation, reunion or even wedding. The pool and outdoor area was perfect for poolside relaxation too. We were so happy and comfortable at the house, it was hard to want to leave home to explore! We will definitely come again and would highly recommend this GORGEOUS Arashi Beach villa to anyone!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Eight of us just returned from spending a week at Arashi Beach. Can't say enough good things about this house! The description and pictures on VRBO hardly do it justice. We had everything we needed to cook wonderful meals and when the gas grill went out the wonderful house manager Anneke had another one brought right over. The bedrooms are spacious and each has their own private bath, which is a big plus. The outdoor patio and pool area was a great place to enjoy evenings listening to music and visiting. A great snorkeling beach is only a short walk away and was enjoyed by all. Each evening we would make our cocktails and walk to the beach to watch the sunset- they were so beautiful! As far as activities, we would highly recommend the Jeep Safari tour offered by ABC Adventures and also the Black Pearl afternoon sailing/snorkeling trip. All in all, a great stay in Aruba was made even better by a fabulous house!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our group of 10 rented this house in August 2011 and were completely thrilled. The house is beautiful and CLEAN. Very smart design, 5 large bedrooms with large beds and private baths gave every couple (and groups of kids) their own privacy. The bedrooms are well furnished, showers and bath fixtures are top quality and provide the luxury hotel feel. The spacious indoor open kitchen, dining area and living area are perfect if there is ever a reason for the group to be inside. There really is no reason to stay inside and the outdoor covered deck area with two tables was the perfect lounging area. We thought the pool was undersized when we arrrived but it turned out to be perfect for our needs. Great snorkeling and two great beaches are within walking distance to the house. The wirless internet worked suberb and allowed all of us to stay connected through-out our stay. After seven trips to Aruba and much research I can honestly say this house will not disappoint. An added bonus is property manager Anneke, who is an invaluable resource. Use her local knowledge and contacts for your every need from car rental to grocery store delviery to restaurant recommendations and charter boats. If you need something on the island, Anneke will get you the best available. Look no further, this is the place!Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

During the week of March 6-13 our extended family of 9 adults and one 15 month old stayed at the Arashi Beach Villa. We had wonderful and relaxing stay. At no time did it feel crowded with this many people. The pool was most inviting late in the afternoon where you could find most of us cooling off with a cold beverage or napping on one of the lounges. The beaches for snorkeling (our favorite activity) or swimming were a short walk from the villa. We were there a lot. It was so convenient that we rarely needed to use the car. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill came in handy both of which were important to us as we had a family cook-off spanning four evenings. The bedrooms were very comfortable with either the ceiling fan or the individual air conditioning units. I can recommend this villa to anyone wishing for a relaxing, sun-filled holiday in Aruba. We would certainly consider this villa again should we have another large family gathering. A special thanks to Anneke, who was extremely helpful to us in our planning and during our stay.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and I spent 9 days in this Villa and had a wonderful time! Weather was perfect everyday - we dined on the outside patio every morning listening to the birds and the breeze. It was way too much house for 2 people! Don't think we'll ever stay in a hotel again on the island - this was relaxed living! From the first day our cab driver not only took us to a different restaurant each night, he even made the reservations for us. Friendly and relaxing.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.
