This wonderful warmly decorated wine country villa is nestled on nearly an acre of hillside above the town of Sonoma with stunning views of Sonoma Mountain and Sonoma Valley. This desirable location provides occupants privacy that they will relish for a true wine country getaway. At the same time, you are only minutes to the Historic Sonoma Town Square, world class wineries, fine restaurants, gourmet grocery stores, and great shopping.
The villa is nearly 4000 square feet with three levels. There are 3 large bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom In addition, there are two half bathrooms. The large kitchen is a cook's dream containing contemporary appliances like Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf Gourmet range, Bosch dishwasher, and trash compactor. If that is not enough, step outside and cook your feasts in the additional outdoor kitchen overlooking the pool Here you have another sink, mini-refrigerator, warming bins, grill, and Traeger smoker for your outdoor party.
Enjoy a refreshing swim in the warm pool (summer) or simply relax in the hot tub with one of the Valleys finest wines. The indoor entertaining areas are complete with TV, DVD, WiFi and music. The kitchen with microwave, refridgerator, wine glasses, etc., has all ammenities. Enjoy coffee or tea anytime.
If your needs are for one or two bedrooms our lower floor guest suite contains two master suites that are large well-appointed independent units and very private from one another with full baths making it perfect for two couples to stay and enjoy. Both suites will not be rented unless by the same group. The deck amongst the trees can be enjoyed at any hour to relax and listen to the frogs and crickets (you may even see the deer on their own private trail through the yard!) Nearby is the world-renowned Sonoma Mission Inn where you can go for a day trip to the spa or golf or dining. There are many wonderful hikes from the house - just ask us, we love to talk about the many wonders of Sonoma Valley. Stay and Enjoy!!

We stayed for five days with another couple. Allen was thoughtful and generous with his home. The outdoor spaces are AMAZING - poolside seating, firepit, outdoor kitchen, and choices of outdoor dining. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were separated by a living area and small kitchen that was perfect for the four of us. The area is quiet and peaceful with great access to downtown Sonoma and area wineries and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and will be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

The entire stay was so relaxing for two couples. The rooms were spacious and we loved the location with open views right from the bedroom. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, while drinking the local wine. Our rooms were located on the ground floor of a 3 level home and it was more private than I initially imagined. The spacious decks attached to the rooms made a perfect setting as we lounged and watched the sun set. All the furniture was up-to-date and the Tuscan-style house made it a ideal getaway. The rental price was perfect and actually relatively inexpensive. We stayed only two nights, but anticipate renting again. Too many wineries and not enough time!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.
