The Perfect Stay in Miami!

We've just flew back home in São Paulo from Miami after spending new's year holiday at this amazing apartment. It was the first time I've took my mom to Miami and staying at this apartment made the moment even more perfect. The unit is beautiful, very well equipped, we've cook our New's Year dinner at home with no missing appliance or tool. Beds are super comfortable and the apartment is amazingly decorated - we felt like home. The owner answered all our questions in a glimpse, we've got all attention we needed. The location is my preferred location in Miami, strategically positioned to you get the most of Miami - shopping, leisure, whatever you want to do there. Lastly, the view from the 52o floor is a must! We spent New's Year eve and from the balcony we could see fireworks all over Miami. I'm sure on my next trip to Miami I will stay at this apartment again. Just hope to be available whenever this time come.

This is undoubtedly the best accommodation we have stayed in, even as a member of cabin crew. The view was exceptional but could be daunting for those scared of heights. The furnishings were of a high standard with beds that you didn't want to get out of. All the extras you consider necessary were included and enough entertainment to keep you busy during hurricanes! As we happened to be there during one of the hurricanes. We were able to call upon the apartment manager for advise, the location was excellent to get around with good links into Miami beach and good restaurants (P F Changs was amazing!) and shops within walking distance. There is a convenient dolphin mall shuttle that stops at local hotels (sorry can't remember the name) at a fraction of the cost of a taxi. This is a shopping experience not to be missed! All in all a lovely holiday would defiantly stay their again.

We spent an incredible week in this amazing apartment!! All you need to have a pleasent stay was already thought by the owner. Its decor and view are really UNIQUE. Lovely, spacious apartment with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It's a great place for two couples to share. With the bedrooms/baths on either side of the living area, there's plenty of privacy plus a comfortable common area to spend time together. The views are truly amazing, and there's a good variety of restaurants within easy walking distance. Mark and his managers are very professional. Highly recommended.

The listing and reviews are accurate. We were fully satisfied with this luxury condo and enjoyed the spectacular view of the bay, city and pool while we relaxed. Weekend nights are lively on the Brickell neighborhood or just taxi to South Beach. We explored Brickell Bay and Biscayne Bay luxury living and Mary Brickell Village restaurants and specialty shops, all walking distance. For lunch we recommend Baru Urbano and The Oceanaire, also Ceviche 105. This location has easy access to the Miami Metrorail and the Brickell PeopleMover. It was a special pleasure dealing with the owner and manager and we are ready to go back.

A gem in Downtown Miami

We spent two weeks in this apartment and we absolutely loved it. It's spacious, quiet, clean, very bright and the view is fantastic. Excellent amenities in the condo, Internet working very well, two spectacular pools on the 10th floor with plenty of sunbeds and cabanas. The gym is also very well equipped. The garage is very convenient and secure 24/7. As two women, we felt safe walking around at night in the neighborhood. There is a wide range of cafes and restaurants, a Publix supermarket at a walking distance. We're French and we love our fresh bread in the morning : luckily we found La Provence, a French bakery just 5 mins walk away from the condo. The check-in was very smooth and the overall communication with Mark (the owner) and Michael (property manager) was excellent. We will certainly come back next year. Thanks for everything !

The Best

We just returned yesterday from a weeks stay at this property, we were there visiting my daughter and her family, on previous trips I had stayed in local 5 star hotels, This property has them beat. It is a perfect spot with all the conviences a short walk away, the Brickell area is clean and safe with great restaurants a short distance, the owner Mark is great to work with along with his management person Michael and Linde-de. We hopefully will be using it again, I just hope its available when we have the chance to go to Miami again.

Miami as it's best!

We stayed a few years in hotels in Miami and this year was the first time we rented a apartment. This apartment is spacious, stylish decorated, clean, everything is there (even a printer for printing Airport documents) and the view is stunning. Close to roads to the highway and cafes, supermarket for groceries is also near. Very friendly communication with the owner and propery manager. We will definitely come back again.

I've rented several condos for short-term stays in various major cities, and this was such a smooth experience! The property managers greeted me promptly upon my arrival and departure, and the unit was exactly as pictured and impeccably clean with many nice touches. The view is even more amazing than what is shown -- seems you can see forever in several directions. The location is fabulous -- I stayed in the unit alone as a single female and felt perfectly safe during the day and early evenings walking around to nearby shops, restaurants, and even across the bridge to downtown. VERY highly recommended!

This property was everything we desired from the first moment we opened the door to the last time we closed it. The location in Brickell, which we had never known about despite many prior visits to South Beach, was exciting, providing a big city feel and absolutely no worries. It is easy to get to South Beach if you wish, but we found several fun restaurants right close by. Our favorite was Perricone's. The apartment, with its white decor, made us feel like we were living in a cloud. All was clean and new and stylish, and dealing with the owner and manager was a pleasure. We will do this again if we don't buy something else first -- we actually have started to look at real estate in the Brickell area. I would recommend this property to anyone.

This Penthouse is incredible! The location can't be more perfect. Attractions (clubs/restaurants/some shopping) within walking distance, downtown is reachable by Metromover 1 block away, big shopping mall is a few miles away, but the Metrorail drops you off in the Dadeland Mall. Owner is nice and works with you. Furniture/accomodations in perfect conditions and impecably tasteful. You gotta book early, or will be gone before you know it! Thank you!

There is nothing else to add to what has already been mentioned in the other reviews. The only thing we would recommend is to put in some more glassware and flatware so one doesn’t need to run the dishwasher after each meal :-) We loved the place and we will definitely come back.

This apartment is the very best in highrise living in downtown Miami. It's brand new, very clean, great location and nicely appointed. We stayed for two week in January and loved every minute of our stay. I'm coming back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This condo will make you feel special. It is elegant, airy, and inspiring. The linen smooth, towels plush, bed very comfortable. The shower head is unbelievably awesome. The coffee maker makes a cup of coffee before you can put the coffee away. The basics are in the kitchen for making a snack or cooking a meal. We stayed two weeks so the washer and dryer were very convenient. Friends that stopped by were very impressed saying, “Wow, eye level to the planes flying by.” I love this place.

We found this gem of a place and thought it was too good to be true....but it wasn't! Its all true- The spectacular view- clean-comfortable-close to EVERYTHING-incredible amenities(Pool, fitness center, modern and effecient kitchen.) We found ourselves able to walk to many Brickell Village Restaurants and shopping hotspots.South beach is soo close. This great condo lets you experience it all. Our favorite..... Spectacular view off the ocean and downtown Miami which instantly transcends you to that inner peace that says- We're are ON VACATION everytime you leave the condo and return- Day or night time! Highly recommended !!! Oh and another nice part of our saty was everything the owner described or mentioned was true and accurate! A must when making your decision using Home Away site which we love.

We just arrived home from this fabulous condo in beautiful downtown Miami and it exceeded our expectations on every level. You will be so happy you rented this condo from the second you walk in and see how lovely it really is. It is clean, sleek and the views are AMAZING. It is very spacious, well equipped and totally comfortable. It is also, very centrally located to lots of activities, such as South Beach, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, even the Everglades! Not to mention in walking distance to many very good restaurants for all kinds of dining. Both the owner, Mark and the Property Manager, Michael were so easy to deal with and made our stay a pleasure. This gem is a "must rent" and we will be doing so again in the future!

I had the opportunity to rent this beautiful place in Miami a month ago and I can tell anybody that it was a very pleasant experience. The place is very nice decorated, clean and have everything to spend that that is needed to have a great time in Miami. Not to talk about the location, which is great to go to anyplace in the sunshine city. Rooms are very nice and have a good size as well as the bathrooms. I had a great time in Miami and the description of the property was very accurate regarding every single amenity that the place offer. I would gladly recommend this property to anybody and hope to be able to be there again very soon!

Great spot, very clean and well maintained and the view from the 52nd floor is breathtaking. We stayed for five days, and loved the accessibility to the city, and were able to chill away from all the noise of south beach. This is where it's happening in Miami. Very close to hip restaurants and the design district. Indoor parking and pool were very convenient, and its a walk away from Brickell village for neighborhood eats. Highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, I rented this apt for only a week. Wanted to stay an additional week but it was booked. I found this gorgeous condo through this website, and of course there is always a small part in your brain that wants to see in order to believe after viewing pictures on the internet! But I must say, and agree.. it was great!!! Exactly as described and promised and expected. I made a perfect choice with this property. Condo has spacious den with absolutely BREATHTAKING views and pretty much always a nice cooling breeze from the ocean! The apartment is perfectly clean, even to our own high standards. It is spacious to move around, and tastefully decorated with a fresh and airy feel. Oh, and I must add, the queen size beds are super comfortable and cozy!! :-) Mark the owner, and Michael the property manager were also great and helpful! I will definitely rent this condo again - but will have to stay for a MONTH!

I enjoyed a two weeks stay in the apartment. I appreciate dealing with Mark and will check availability next time I am in the area. pros Condo and views are as pictured. Amazing views from Biscayne Bay to MIA arpt. Got blue outa the pix by adjusting cam to frontlighting at 52 nd floor looking SO Furnishing is new and good standard. Everything is fine. Convenient feature not mentioned: printer/copier, cons Small TV set. 22“ or so. AC of opposite building is very noisy. You will not use the balcony and keep doors closed.

i rented this amazing condo for a 4 day stay as a business/family trip. i initially had my reservations about the condo b/c everything was done online & we all know how deceiving pictures can be online, but i have to say that the condo is exactly as pictured & is a beautiful apartment. the view is, as advertised, amazing. the location was perfect for our family, lots of restaurants around, very convenient, and the pool area is very clean, spacious and pretty. mark the owner is also great to work with...he was very prompt and patient with our concerns & questions and made sure everything was set for our stay...he even followed up a few days into our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. absolutely a very pleasant stay and dealing all around...i highly recommend it and if we ever go back to miami, we'll be sure to request this condo again.

I stayed at Brickell while on a business trip in favor of a Miami hotel. I found Brickell to be far nicer than most hotels I've stayed in, and with more privacy. The entire condo was nicely furnished with adequate workspace, lighting, and Internet access. It was easy to spread out and get work done in the evenings. Additionally, having a full size kitchen at hand means I wasn't heading out each morning for some cheap, unhealthy hotel breakfast, but rather, I got to enjoy my favorites prepared by myself. Overall, a great value, and someplace I hope to return to.
