This is a great place to come and relax. Lots to do Lots of restaurants, sightseeing, and in the fall the leaves are gorgeous. Come and visit Conway NH and take a trip to Boothbay and see the beautiful botanical gardens. The dogs love it here, lots of room to roam around and play. Enjoy a good book or the morning paper with a cup of coffee in the sun room, you might just see some wild turkeys and a fox and just maybe a Moose.

The house and its surroundings are breathtaking. You are nestled in the serendity of a secluded area of Kennebuck - yet you have easy access to Route 95 and local offerings. The home is comfortable and easy to feel at home. All accomodations are available from your host. The wrap around deck was especially a key to our 11 year old Jack Russell who kept a watchful eye on the beautifully wooded back yard. All three of us - my husband, me and our dog enjoyed our seven days in Maine. Thank you for allowing us a chance to share your wonderful home! We will be back!Recommended for: Pet owners, adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

We had a great week in Maine thanks to Elaine and Ray's wonderful hospitality. The house was beautiful and so peaceful. Such a relaxing week. We had no issues but if we had, Ray and Elaine were right there in the lower level to take care of any needs. The two levels were totally separate and private so you didn't even know they were there but it was nice to know they were if needed. Cheyenne was a sweethear too (black lab). Thanks again for sharing you beautiful home with us.Recommended for: Pet owners, sightseeing, age 55+.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and both times were fabulous! Anything you need or want is right there and the pictures are exactly as it is if not more! It is true the only thing you need to worry about is where you will have your morning coffee. Ray and Elaine are the best host - anything you need or want they are right there for you. We were pretty spoiled and loved every minute of it! This is a place where you relax and let yourself go!!!! My husband and I know the area, but even if you don't, Ray and Elaine will give you any direction you need. We loved it!!!!!!!! Your missing out on a great vacation if you pass this one by! Take a trip to 146 Old Falls Road, and you will fall in love with it as we did. Thanks Ray and Elaine for a great time! If you are looking for peace, quiet, relaxation and an exquisitely comfortable home away from home....you will find it here! The hosts have paid attention to every detail in providing everything needed at your fingertips for a most enjoyable vacation. Your privacy is well respected yet they are available for anything you may need including tourist tips on attractions, restaurants and surrounding areas. The home is beautifully decorated, spacious, spotless and very bright and cheery, even on a rainy day.....which is the perfect time to relax in the reading nook or take a snooze in any of the three bedrooms... It is everything the listing shows and more...The location is quietly country yet you are within minutes of Portland, Freeport, several beaches and many, many "must see" attractions. Be sure to stroll through the "Bunks" as we learned to call them and experience what all the Port has to offer...My husband and I had what will be one of our most memorable vacations and would definitely return! Thank-you, Ray and Elaine for so graciously opening your home to make this possible!Recommended for: Pet owners, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

Both my wife, brother in-law and sister in-law loved the house. It was a lovely show home. It had everything we needed. The owners pay every attention to detail. They are great people. They made us feel like old time friends. The surrounding towns as well as the city of Portland were just a short drive away. New Hampshire was just an hous and 1/2 away as well. The scenery was absolutely spectacular. There were plenty of shops, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets, and theaters to go to. The Whale watching outing was an experience of a lif time. We definitely plan on returning.Recommended for: Age 55+.
