Why the Owner Chose Fifty Gulfside
We chose to buy our vacation rental in Indian Rocks Beach because we had family that lived in that area. Fifty Gulfside has been not only a great investment but a meeting place for all our family and friends to vacation together and have the best memories of our lives. The location is great because the building is right on the Gulf and also in the front of the building you also have a view of the inter coastal waterway, where you see boats constantly passing by. You can also relax and do some fishing.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The benefits of staying at our complex is that it is a small building only 3 stories high.A perfect family environment. The renters and owners are all very friendly. The building is always kept clean and maintained with maintenance person and rental office on premises. Once you rent one of our units, you will want to recommend our building to your family and friends. The sunsets are breathtaking.

My husband and I bought our unit in 1987. We have four children and 2 grandchildren. When we bought our place, our youngest was 2 now he is 24 years old. Fifty Gulfside, has been our home away from home. We would never sell it. It is for the next generation to enjoy. Every year, we love our place so much that we are constantly updating the unit. We wanted to retire at Fifty Gulfside, but our grandchildren have so much power over us that we must wait awhile before we make that decision.

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing, mellow place to stay. We stayed facing the Intercoastal May 2011. The condo was spotless, and very, very comfortable. We saw Manatees and dolphins, along with beautiful majestic boats. Everyone was so friendly and we really enjoyed the heated pool and lounge chairs. The morning sun on our porch was energizing and the oceanview sunsets were amazing. The beach was heavenly. We loved the local restaurants that are in walking distance. We didn't ride the trolly, but it's available.

I just returned from vacation at 50 Gulfside in Indian Rocks beach. The units are beautiful. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. It is directly on the beach. You can either have a beach view or a view of the intercoastal. You have a water view w/all units. I have stayed here every August for the last 10 years. I have stayed in one, two, and three bedroom units (depending on how many family members joined me). The beach is amazing. There is a pool on the deck on the beach. Lounge chairs, tables, & barbeques on the deck. Plenty of room. I never felt crowded. Great location. There are a few stores & restaurants that you can even walk to. I highly recommend staying here. You will be impressed with everything about this place.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Condo was lovely--decorated in palm trees--very clean and well stocked for cooking. Beds were comfortable, King in master and 2 double beds in other bedroom. Spacious Living/Dining room. Kitchen open to it with breakfast bar. Master bath is small, hall bath large and both have been remodeled recently. No laundry facilities in condo unit but there are coin (in back) is beautiful white sand and blue water. Nice, warm pool and deck. Liked eating at Crabby Bill's and the Dolphin cruise on 'Little Toot" was awesome--dolphins followed our boat putting on a show! Apparently they like the big waves the tug boat puts out. Owner was very helpful.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
