This quality two bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhome is a two block walk to the Snowflake Lift and has ski-in access via the Four O’Clock Ski Run. Winterpoint Townhomes are conveniently located just two blocks to Historic Main Street on the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle route, which provides access to all ski lifts, Downtown Breckenridge and the Breckenridge Transfer Station (with FREE shuttle service to all of Summit County).
This mountain inspired 1,220 square foot, multi-level townhome has an open design and features a living room focused around the gas fireplace, TV with DVD and has ample seating on the L-shaped, leather couch. Just off the living room is the outdoor patio for summertime sunning and relaxation. The full service kitchen and dining area are just above the living room. The welcoming dining table has seating for six people with dinnerware and glassware provided. The gourmet, wood cabinet kitchen has all the necessary appliances; dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator. If you're in need of a quick grab-n-go meal then belly up to the breakfast bar with seating for three. Either way you will enjoy a home cooked meal in the comfort of your own townhome.
The master bedroom features a queen bed encased in luxurious bedding, a TV, private deck and a private bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. There is additional sleeping space provided by the queen sofa sleeper, allowing the unit to accommodate up to six people.
Other unit amenities include a full sized washer and dryer and an attached private one car garage. Also guests of the Winterpoint Townhomes can enjoy seasonal access to the new Upper Village Pool Complex with an indoor/outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing tanning area for those sunny summer days.
