  We stayed in the Arc de teatre penthouse for 4 nights. The apt. was located at a very convenient place and was easy to find. It was quiet and clean with a well stocked kitchen and other nice amenities. We had internet access that worked great. Much, much better than staying in a hotel. Thanks for the memories.

  Our stay was awesome (Ramblas 2A). The apartment is in a good location to be close to all the sights, as well as the train station.

  Great location. 1/2 block from the Ramblas. Airy, spacious and clean. That apartment is above a nightclub and the noise outside at 2am can be rather loud, but if you close all of the windows and doors this becomes minimal. Wi-Fi worked great.

  Apartment a bit sterile but offered everything we really needed. The balcony was nice for sitting and drying clothes. Great location and, considering it´s proximity to Las Ramblas, it was quiet. I would strongly Recommend it as a good value.

  Dealt with Lina throughout and she was attentive and great with the booking and the stay! We were a couple and stayed in 2A at Arc de Teatre 5, which was located just off of La Ramblas. This is truly an amazing location that allows you to walk to everything in the core including the beautiful Port District and the Barcelonetta Beach area. We were there for 4 days and enjoyed having the big balcony to stretch out and relax after a great day out and about; also great with the washing machine and clothes hanger on the deck for drying. The kitchen was well equipped, functional and was utilized throughout our stay. The bathroom is big but the tub is half-size but we tried to have a bubble bath anyways ;) Really enjoyed our stay, especially the location. The only slightly negative issue to be aware of is that off of La Ramblas there are many laneways to travel, including a few to get to the apartment, and being in the core it attracts many downtown types. Had to negotiate around a few inebriated people during our stay but as a couple we still felt safe ... just avoid or ignore these types and you will be fine. I would definitely stay at this apartment again and if experiencing the heart and core of the city is your thing you will love this location!!! BertiBoy from Canada

  A good "crash pad" in a convenient location. Kitchen could have been better equipped with even the basics. My issue is that we arrived at 9PM and were waiting outside for the manager. It transpired that she had been there all along and told me that we should have rung the doorbell. (She didn't tell me that on the phone and left me under the impression that we should meet her outside). So there we are, after an 7 hour train journey from Murcia province, standing in the alley with all our bags for 15 minutes. Fair enough, a misunderstanding. BUT she charged us the 30 Euro cash late arrival fee for getting there after 9 PM. I think we paid for her night out with the date that she brought along with her. Would I book with this company again? No.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car.

  My family of 4 (including 2 teenage daughters), enjoyed a week in this apartment. The location was great as we could walk to most sights and when we were to tired to do so, the metro was a few minutes walk from our door. The apartment was clean and had ample space for 4 of us. We were surprised at how quiet it was given that it is located so close to the busy Rambla. It was missing some basic kitchen items such as a toaster but we managed. Our arrival would have been made easier had there been someone there to greet us. Even after calling to say we had arrived we waited outside in the alley for a half hour waiting for someone to open the door.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We stayed in the Ramblas Arc de Teatre 2a apartment in February 2011. The whole booking process was really easy and Lina was so helpful. The apartment itself was really spacious, in a fantastic location and had a great terrace - not huge, but enough room to sit out, and it overlooked lots of other roof terraces, rather than buildings, so it felt very bright. Overall it was really comfy and well equiped. I would recommend this company to anyone. In fact we have booked with them again for a stay later this year! Many thanks to everyone involved with making our stay so great :0)
