Stunning, private, pool home in one on Naples' most desirable and exclusive gated communities. The home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. When you enter through the doors into the courtyard, you hear the sound of running water coming from the lion heads fountains splashing into the enclosed private pool. There is a separate heated spa that cascades into the pool. The cabana guest quarters are to the right of the entry doors, and are separate from the main house.
The cabana room has twin beds and a private bath. Walk past the cabana room, along the pool's edge to the main entrance, and open the door to your island decorated home with Tommy Bahama furniture. Oriental rugs are strategically placed over the tile flooring. All of the windows (100 plus) have plantation shutters. The casa blanca-style ceiling fans drop down from the 12 foot ceilings. Yes! You have arrived at your island retreat!
The master suite (just behind the wet bar) is elegantly appointed with a king bed and separate sitting area. It has it's own screened lanai. The den/office is equipped with twin murphy beds. There is a fax machine on the desk. The kitchen is fully-equipped, with placesettings for 12 guests. There is a separate eating area overlooking the pool. The family room is tastefully appointed. The Bose speaker system is wired through the house and pool area. You can listen to your favorite music as you transport yourself from room to room to pool. Five (5) pairs of French doors open onto the pool area. The house exudes casual elegance.
Sorry, this is our private residence and No Smoking is allowed in the house or pool area. We do allow pets, however there is a size restriction imposed by the association. This house was just made available in late December 2003.
