  It was the best vacation condo apartment we stayed at. It was clean and very close to Disney. The kids enjoyed the variety of books and games at the apartment. It was close to a lot of restaurants. After a long day at Disney and eating out all the time, for a few nights we preferred to cook some simple meals at the kitchen, which is quite well equipped. The condo is a gated community and we felt safe. Really enjoyed our stay. Tamara, thank you!

  3 adults and 2 children fit very comfortably in this nicely furnished condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was also very quiet at night when we needed the kids to get some rest. We really enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchen to make breakfast every morning before heading out to the Disney parks. We were lucky enough to have some very warm days so the kids could enjoy the pool. One of the main reasons we booked this particular condo was that the owner, Tamara, was very professional and helpful. We would definitely return.

  I rented this unit for our group of 5 to attend a trade show at the Orlando CC. 3 of us drove down and the other 2 flew into the airport (MCO) . It was very easy for all of us to find .The unit was just as it looked in the pictures and has all the amenities described. The property was very clean and well maintained. Tamara was very helpful in getting us settled in. I would recommend it to anyone and plan to re book again in September. Thanks

  We were very happy with our stay at Sunshine Getaway. The condo was immaculate and larger than we expected. The property was very well maintained and quiet. We were even give a short cut map to Disney from the property with our check in papers. That was very useful since we were there 5 days out of our stay. Tamara was extremely helpful with booking Sunshine Getaway, and we would definitely recommend it to our friends and family. In fact we already have!

  We had a great vacation! The time always go by too quickly, but we saw everything we intended to and had a wonderful time taking it all in. Your place was fabulous, with the perfect amount of space for our family. My two younger kids were instantly impressed when they saw the stuffed animals on their beds, and my oldest daughter enjoyed the luxury of the queen room. My wife and I enjoyed the amount of space, and of course, the price compared to hotels and resorts in the area. We did get a chance to take in the pool and gaming area, both of which were very well maintained. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We would love to stay again if we get back to the area.

  My husband and I and our three young children stayed at Tamara's property last week. The condo is beautiful and immaculate. The pool in the complex if fantastic. It took exactly 10 minutes to get to the parking lot at the different Disney theme parks. Tamara's condo has everything a family would need: fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, bath towels, highchair, pack and play and extra blankets. I would highly recommend this property to everyone.

  loved the condo! The location was extremely close to Disney as well as restaurants. The condo itself was very clean and had lots of room. We had 4 people staying in the condo and had plenty of room! It was so convenient to have a large washer and dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Will definitely come again next year!

  Windsor Hills was a great gated community. Loved all the amenities. Condo was perfect for our family of 4 plus one friend. It was quiet, within walking distance to pool. Very secure and the weather was prefect. Would highly recommend for the price!!

  We had the opportunity to stay at several properties in the Orlando/Kissimmee FL area, and really read through all reviews before deciding to stay at this property. What a blessing! This place is extremely well kept, plenty of room with its 3 bedrooms and two full baths, and a great little kitchen. But the greatness does not end in the condo itself, no way, go out and explore the gated community grounds and you will find basketball courts, tennis courts, bbq grills with picnic tables, and the ultimate pool with water slide! The pool is Vegas style over the top design, just beautiful. Most of it is around 3' deep, so little ones can feel safe while enjoying a dip. There is a convenient store right near the pool with everything you could possibly need from bacon and eggs to floaties and ice cream. They also prepare food (chicken fingers and mozzs sticks are GREAT!), sell pitchers and bottles of beer, along with a ton of other offerings. OK, sounds great so far right? Well on top of all above there is a movie theater you can reserve for your party to watch any of hundreds of movies they have. Bring your own candy and popcorn and enjoy a favorite movie with family and friends - TOO COOL! They also have table tennis outside to heat up a challenge. This property is a great place to stay, a great value and so close to everything you would want to do in Orlando!

  Our family rented this 3-bdr condo from Oct. 28-Nov. 5, 2011. The condo was clean, well-maintained and well-stocked with the essentials; beds were comfy -- not too soft or too hard. There were lots of books, games, puzzles for that one rainy day we had. It's only a few miles from Disney and SeaWorld, which we appreciated. The owner responded quickly to my questions and gave great customer service. I would stay there again!
