  It was the best vacation condo apartment we stayed at. It was clean and very close to Disney. The kids enjoyed the variety of books and games at the apartment. It was close to a lot of restaurants. After a long day at Disney and eating out all the time, for a few nights we preferred to cook some simple meals at the kitchen, which is quite well equipped. The condo is a gated community and we felt safe. Really enjoyed our stay. Tamara, thank you!

  I rented this unit for our group of 5 to attend a trade show at the Orlando CC. 3 of us drove down and the other 2 flew into the airport (MCO) . It was very easy for all of us to find .The unit was just as it looked in the pictures and has all the amenities described. The property was very clean and well maintained. Tamara was very helpful in getting us settled in. I would recommend it to anyone and plan to re book again in September. Thanks

  3 adults and 2 children fit very comfortably in this nicely furnished condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was also very quiet at night when we needed the kids to get some rest. We really enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchen to make breakfast every morning before heading out to the Disney parks. We were lucky enough to have some very warm days so the kids could enjoy the pool. One of the main reasons we booked this particular condo was that the owner, Tamara, was very professional and helpful. We would definitely return.

  We were very happy with our stay at Sunshine Getaway. The condo was immaculate and larger than we expected. The property was very well maintained and quiet. We were even give a short cut map to Disney from the property with our check in papers. That was very useful since we were there 5 days out of our stay. Tamara was extremely helpful with booking Sunshine Getaway, and we would definitely recommend it to our friends and family. In fact we already have!

  We had a great vacation! The time always go by too quickly, but we saw everything we intended to and had a wonderful time taking it all in. Your place was fabulous, with the perfect amount of space for our family. My two younger kids were instantly impressed when they saw the stuffed animals on their beds, and my oldest daughter enjoyed the luxury of the queen room. My wife and I enjoyed the amount of space, and of course, the price compared to hotels and resorts in the area. We did get a chance to take in the pool and gaming area, both of which were very well maintained. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We would love to stay again if we get back to the area.

  My husband and I and our three young children stayed at Tamara's property last week. The condo is beautiful and immaculate. The pool in the complex if fantastic. It took exactly 10 minutes to get to the parking lot at the different Disney theme parks. Tamara's condo has everything a family would need: fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, bath towels, highchair, pack and play and extra blankets. I would highly recommend this property to everyone.

  loved the condo! The location was extremely close to Disney as well as restaurants. The condo itself was very clean and had lots of room. We had 4 people staying in the condo and had plenty of room! It was so convenient to have a large washer and dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Will definitely come again next year!

  Windsor Hills was a great gated community. Loved all the amenities. Condo was perfect for our family of 4 plus one friend. It was quiet, within walking distance to pool. Very secure and the weather was prefect. Would highly recommend for the price!!

  We had the opportunity to stay at several properties in the Orlando/Kissimmee FL area, and really read through all reviews before deciding to stay at this property. What a blessing! This place is extremely well kept, plenty of room with its 3 bedrooms and two full baths, and a great little kitchen. But the greatness does not end in the condo itself, no way, go out and explore the gated community grounds and you will find basketball courts, tennis courts, bbq grills with picnic tables, and the ultimate pool with water slide! The pool is Vegas style over the top design, just beautiful. Most of it is around 3' deep, so little ones can feel safe while enjoying a dip. There is a convenient store right near the pool with everything you could possibly need from bacon and eggs to floaties and ice cream. They also prepare food (chicken fingers and mozzs sticks are GREAT!), sell pitchers and bottles of beer, along with a ton of other offerings. OK, sounds great so far right? Well on top of all above there is a movie theater you can reserve for your party to watch any of hundreds of movies they have. Bring your own candy and popcorn and enjoy a favorite movie with family and friends - TOO COOL! They also have table tennis outside to heat up a challenge. This property is a great place to stay, a great value and so close to everything you would want to do in Orlando!

  Our family rented this 3-bdr condo from Oct. 28-Nov. 5, 2011. The condo was clean, well-maintained and well-stocked with the essentials; beds were comfy -- not too soft or too hard. There were lots of books, games, puzzles for that one rainy day we had. It's only a few miles from Disney and SeaWorld, which we appreciated. The owner responded quickly to my questions and gave great customer service. I would stay there again!

  My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Windsor Hills Condo #320838 we found the directions given by the owner very helpful and the list of area attractions and useful. We found the condo very clean and warm, inviting with plenty of room for the 5 of us. We had our Grandmother with us and she really appreciated the elevator, so she didn’t have to climb the stairs. The kids enjoyed the pool and the play structure. The condo is located in the center of all the attractions and we found that it was very easy to get to where we needed to go from its location. I would highly recommend the Windsor Hills Condo #320838 to my family and friends.

  Our trip to Orlando was both business and pleasure. This 3 br condo suited our needs for a family of 4 and one grandparent just perfectly. Plenty of room to relax, privacy, proximity to Disney, etc was great. I cant say enough about how practical it was to have a full kitchen and the enormous savings to be able to eat breakfast at 'home' and pack a lunch when venturing to the theme parks. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The amenities were nice, too. The value was outstanding. Highly recommend this property!

  We had a great experience in Orlando this year! Our trip was great because we had a great place to stay. The resort and condo were excellent and I would definitely recommend the Sunshine getaway to everyone. In my opinion, there is no greater value for such a high quality place than here at Sunshine getaway. The quality of the condo was above and beyond any hotel you could ever stay at. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining area, living room area, washer/dryer, plenty of closet space etc., the place looked brand new too! In addition, it's very close to Disney, so no need to stay on Disney property and pay a fortune when you can stay here. Other attractions are easily accessible too, plus the resort had a great pool area and spectacular play ground, which our little girl loved. We will definitely go back if we have the opportunity in the future. We really appreciated the customer service and the clear communications that were provided to us before our trip. Every thing was ready for us to come right in and make ourselves at home. We didn't have to worry about check in and long lines at a front desk and other problems associated with hotels, but we simply punched our key code in and we had a home away from home! Thanks to Vacation Getaways and their Sunshine Getaway condo for our great vacation!

  We had such a great time!! The condo was wonderful. I wrote in the journal there about the great time we had and left tips for people about the parks. We went to parks everyday, so we did not spend much time at the condo. We did get to play ping-pong doubles at the clubhouse, and it was fun. The condo itself was just perfect for us. It had more than we even used in terms of kitchen preparedness. It was decorated so nicely and gave us all personal space to relax in after our busy days. The living room/dining room was also a great gathering space. We would definetly like to stay in this condo again the next time we come down. I am also telling my friends about it. I could feel the the kindness and the care in setting up the condo, with the pretty decor, the children's games and toy buckets, and the inspirational plaques. Since my kids are in their low 20's, we didn't use the games, but it felt good to see the family atmosphere alive in the condo. The resort itself was so nice because it was close to the parks and well cared for with many options. I appreciated the quieter atmosphere so one could relax there.

  We ended up going to Disney on Thursday all day and didn't get into the condo until about 11:15 at night, but everything went super smooth so that was a great!! I forgot to bring the code for the lock box that held the key so I was a bit concerned we couldn't get in with just the code for the deadbolt, but we were able to and that is all we really used!! Your condo was absolutely great, very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The girls each stayed in their own room and enjoyed the extra space. We ended up staying at the Crowne Plaza near Universal Studios the first two nights. Even though the hotel was nice, we certainly couldn't have imagined staying in such a small space for the entire time. Your condo was a home away from home for us!! Thanks so much for making the process so simple and easy for us and for letting us rent your space. We will certainly contact you when we plan a trip to Florida again!!!"0)

  Thank You Tamara for a great vacation. The condo was spacious, clean and had everything you need to feel at home. Tamara was easy to deal with and always available for any questions we had. Windsor Hills is an excellent resort with a great pool area,volleyball,basketball courts and games room. It's located close to shopping, restaurants and Disney. We highly recommend this condo for your vacation.

  Thanks Tamara for an excellent vacation. The resort and condo was as described, Windsor Hills is an excellent resort as it is close to restaurants, shopping and Disney. The staff was friendly and helpful.The pool area was great and the resort also offered a movie theater, basketball and volleyball courts and games room.The room was spacious, clean and offered everything we needed to feel at home. Tamara was easy to deal with and was always available to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend this condo.

The condo was very clean and well stocked when we arrived. The floor plan worked well for our group because there was one family with kids and one without, so having the kids on the opposite side of the living space was nice. The community was in the process of replacing windows during our stay which caused some confusion. I called Andrea right away and she cleared up the problem immediately. The pool area is very nice and the young kids really enjoyed the water fountain which you don't see at every pool. The pool area was about a five minute walk (maybe a little less) from this condo, so we had to use a stroller. The community has convenient access to Disney, Target, Publix, etc. as long as you have a car. We only got stuck in traffic once when we went to Downtown Disney. The only recommendation I have for the unit is it would be nice to have more towel bars/hooks, but that was a very minor detail. This was so much better than staying in a cramped hotel room plus we had a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer so we packed one less suitcase to save on airline baggage fees. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here if we travel to Orlando again. Recommended for: Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

  This was our first visit to Florida, we are from Canada. When we arrived at our condo the first thing we noticed was how immaculate the place was kept. Very nice first impression! We really enjoyed the pool and clubhouse as well, beautiful! Arranging our trip was so easy and hassle free, Tanya was a pleasure to deal with and always very helpful!   This was our first visit to Florida, we are from Canada. When we arrived at our condo the first thing we noticed was how immaculate the place was kept. Very nice first impression! We really enjoyed the pool and clubhouse as well, beautiful! Arranging our trip was so easy and hassle free, Tanya was a pleasure to deal with and always very helpful! This condo was conviently located only 5-10 minutes to Disney and many attractions as well as tons of shopping!!   We had a wonderful stay Christmas week. We never expected a Christmas Tree!!! Our Children ages 6 6 and 3 loved their new "home" decorating the christmas tree and your selection of children's books. We all slept well in the comfortable beds were never in a hurry to leave in the morning because we were just enjoying our stay in your lovely condo at Windsor Hills .   We had a wonderful stay Christmas week. We never expected a Christmas Tree!!! Our Children ages 6 6 and 3 loved their new "home" decorating the christmas tree and your selection of children's books. We all slept well in the comfortable beds were never in a hurry to leave in the morning because we were just enjoying our stay in your lovely condo at Windsor Hills . Although it was a bit chilly for swimming this time we could see how much fun it would be to enjoy the pools. Thanks so much for a memorable Christmas 2009.   The location was perfect for our Disney / SeaWorld trip with our 11 year old and 6 year old sons. The community was very quiet, clean and we felt very safe, like being in our own neighborhood. The pool was spectacular, especially for the kids (and within walking distance from the condo). The playground also very, very nice. Our expectations were high, having read a number of good reviews, but we got more than we even expected. The condo itself was a dream, and the owner was a treat to deal with, as were the staff in the gatehouse, clubhouse and office. The location was perfect, we were able to drive to the Disney parks in 10 minutes door to door using the short cut that the owner gave us directions for. We've recommended this condo to friends of ours who are planning their Disney trip and we'll come back here for our next trip too. Can't say enough about how great it was.

  We had a great time! The pool area is amazing! We really enjoyed swimming and bought a huge beach ball at Disney to play volley ball! It was so much fun. We went to the beach...only a short 50 min. drive...Coco beach was the nicest and got exhausted at Disney World. I think everyone really enjoyed Gatorland...very cool. It was close to everything. Very nice place! We would stay again. Thank you so much for your help! The L Family

  The name says it all, it was indeed a sunshine getaway, for us anyway. It was a great vacation and a nice break from the cold weather and snow. I would certainly recommend the condo to anyone who is planning on vacationing in Florida. It was beautiful. Thank you so much.
