Spacious Townhome Very Close to Beach Access

This is a spacious, updated townhouse just 5 minutes from the beach. We recently updated this two-story townhome in the summer of 2010. There are two spacious rooms upstairs. The master has a queen sized bed and 27 inch LCD HDTV. The full master bath connects to the 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has two full size beds and a half bath. It also has a 22 inch LED HDTV. All new laminate flooring has been added to these rooms and also new tile to the restrooms. The master bedroom has a door that leads to the balcony that overlooks the backyard. In the summer the fireworks can be seen from the balcony and is great for stargazing at night. Downstairs is the living area, dining area, kitchen, and full bathroom. New tile has also been added to the whole downstairs area. In the living area there are two large leather sofas. One sofa is a queen sized sleeper that can sleep two. There is also a full size air mattress that can accomadate two more people. There is a 42 inch flat panel plasma HDTV with 120 digital and HD channels from Dish Network. The kitchen contains utensils, pans, and dinnerware. Two large sliding doors provide a view of backyard and patio. The dining area has a table that can accommodate six. We recently added high speed internet with a router for WIFI.

Nice place - although a bit dark inside. Several missing kitchen utensils, for example no toaster, only a few spoons - but certainly nothing major. Only about 3-4 mins walk from the Gulf side beach. Quiet neighborhood was nice. Realistically, it only really sleeps one couple and two kids comfortably - sleeping more involves sleeping on couches downstairs and/or having people doubling up upstairs (2 people to fairly small full size beds).

This property was exactly as the listing described and the photos of the property were exactly as illustrated. When we arrived the unit was very clean and the landlord went out of his way to make my stay an enjoyable one. He even called to see if there was anything I needed a number of times and immediately looked after anything that needed attention. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone...just a short minute walk to the beautiful beaches of SPI and within walking distance to many restaurants on the island. Would definitely stay there again!

Very relaxing July 4th stay. The property owner made our stay seamless and was very pleasant to work with. This is an excellent location on the island. It's located pretty much in the center of the island. We walked to the beach down the street. The beach access is just around the corner. We drove to the grocery store a few blocks down. The Valero gasoline station with awesome breakfast tacos is a few blocks away as well. The furniture, i.e., couch, bed, dressers, stove, etc. are in excellent condition. It has a nice little yard to have a barbecue. There is also a small garage to put all your sandy beach belongings. This property is a great value at a great price. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic experience!! The owner of the condo was phenomenal when it came to communication! We emailed back and forth several times and he checked on us several times via email during our stay considering there was a tropical storm. :-) The condo can completely speak for itself. It is GORGEOUS and spacious!! We brought 4 of our 5 children and the 3 bathrooms was Great! There was tons of sleeping room and we felt like we had more room than we do at home! It was only a short (3-4 minute) walk to the beach which was so nice. Bring a wagon to carry all your beach gear! Thank goodness for the outdoor shower head to rinse off the TONS of sand you will bring back with you! We ate at PadreRitaVille one night and the food was delicious! A little pricey, but good and great entertainment! We also liked Parrot Eyes! We would definitely return here!

This townhouse is everything it is described to be and more. We did not expect to have so much room and be so close to the beach. All of the rooms are very spacious and the house is very thoughtfully equipped. There was absolutely nothing that we needed that we didn't have provided in the house. The pictures didn't do it justice and the property was very clean. It was just a short walk to a beach access that wasn't to busy. I was a little concerned dealing with an owner and not a management company but the owner made it all very easy and even followed up with us at check in to make sure we didn't have any problems. I have recommended it to several friends and family. We hope to be back soon!

We rented this home for Father's Day weekend and we truly enjoyed our time there. The property was very convenient and close to the beach. The owners were very helpful and great to work with. Would definitely recommend to this property!

We really enjoyed our time here, the house exceeded our expectations. It is very close to the beach along with numerous restaurants, shops, grocery store with many activities to keep busy on the island. The owner was very helpful & terribly nice : ) He has done a very good job updating the house. We hope to come back here for many years
