My stay at this condo was great. The words "Location, Location, Location" definitely applies, great view, friendly people, convenient shopping and close to everything Arizona has to offer. The condo was cozy and very comfortable and made you feel very much like you were in your other home. It looks exactly like the pictures and was clean and well maintained. The owner was so nice and we have had several exchanges via e-mail, that I feel like we have become good friends. If I return next winter, this unit will be my #1 choice.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed two months in Fountain Hills at Barbara's condo #211!! -- and areas around! The condo has been awesome--clean, nicely furnished, meeting our expectations...relaxing deck, along with a fun pool & hot tub. The views are breath-taking! Of course, one of our favorite things to do was to walk around the fountain, enjoy the gorgeous mornings and views, grab a cup of coffee and experience the friendliness of the people and area. We felt like Fountain Hills did an excellent job 'entertaining' its guests--with weekend activities and the fun of seeing the 'green fountain' on St Pats Day. Besides all the fun and beauty in Fountain Hills, we were close to Scottsdale (and surrounding areas) & enjoyed a variety of activities and areas...from spring training games, museums, shopping, golf, dining experiences and much, much more. Our compliments! Thanks to Barbara for a wonderful time!! The descriptions were all very accurate, photos nicely displayed the beauty of this condo and Barbara was extremely helpful, pleasant and great to work with!! Blessings all around--Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway.

We just spent four days at this condo but could very easily have stayed for more! The apartment is clean, beautifully furnished, with everything you would possibly need for a holiday (description listing above is completely accurate). The complex is fantastic, with full gym facilities, and a lovely swimming pool with unbeatable views of the desert - absolutely loved using this. My friend and I had been travelling through California and Arizona and staying in this apartment in Fountain Hills was like a perfect, relaxing break in a little oasis of tranquility! The town was also a great place to visit, everyone was very friendly and helpful, with lots to do in the local area. Would definitely come again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We spent 11 days in Barbara's condo @ Little Fountain Resort. This condo is perfect for two couples traveling together with the feeling you have two master suites on each side with a common area between. The balcony has a good view of the pool and Red Mountain. Pool and hot tub are kept at good temperatures, the hot tub 100 to 104 degrees and the pool around 86 degrees. My wife and I used the exercise facilities every day. Great views while working out! We keep coming back to Barbara's. It is a great value and never disappoints.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

It was another 2 great weeks in May at the Esam Condo, which marked out 7th stay in Fountain Hills. We noticed the new towels, as well as the super clean place. Also a new garburator this yr and a new clothes dryer which complimented the new washing machine from last yr or a couple yrs ago. Everything is up to date, and very well maintained. The weather was nice, and the pool which is sparkling clean and kept at 87 degrees was really great for those morning and evening dips. The view from the balcony cannot be surpassed! We also noticed a couple mourning doves nesting almost within arms reach. What an opportunity to watch nature so near. There were new books and DVD movies to watch, but we were too busy again this yr to enjoy them. The windows in this condo were so clean a person would think there were none at all! We shopped the nearby stores, and went to a few shopping centers, like AZ Mills, Desert Ridge, etc, and the Mesa Swap Meet. We also tried out the new El Encanta restaurant which was within walking distance -to wear off a few calories. Pings is also a favorite, and the Car wash beside it does an excellent job. Our two weeks went by too quickly, and we look forward to our next Spring Excursion to Fountain Hills again in 2011 where we plan on adding a few more days to enjoy this great condo even more. 2004 was the first time we had the privilege of staying at #211. We have returned every yr since, and will continue to do so as long as we are able. We were in 4 other condos at Little Fountain to visit, and we know with absolute certainty that the one we rented had the absolute best view from the patio. It was also the nicest decorated inside. We noticed the new espresso machine and coffee bean grinder, but we stuck with the old fashioned coffee. The pool was great again this yr, the constant temp or 86-87 was perfect. The hot tub was also perfect. We went x2 a day early morning and later afternoon to avoid the hot rays of the sun. (It was over 100 degrees!) The condo is perfect for 4 people, but we were only 3. There is ample room, a great kitchen with all the appliances that I would normally use if I were at home. We have begun to consider this our second home, as we look forward to a return every year. Next year will be no exception, we are already counting the weeks until we can return to this little piece of heaven. Fountain Hills is a great place to spend a vacation, and there can be no other accommodations as nice as the Esam condo. We had a really wonderful time, as usual. Shopping was good in the area, and the restaurants were superb. We think this is the best place ever....Four Peaks view from the pool is superb. See you again next yr.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We spent the last 2 weeks of October 2008 in Barbara's unit. Over the past several years we have stay in 4 other Little Fountain condos, and have had friends/relatives staying in other units. Barbara's is one of the nicest and most convenient of those we used. We love Little Fountain. In October/November we just about have the place to ourselves. No fights for the pool, hot tub. or exercise equipment. With it backed up to the reservation, it is very private with great views. We recommend this unit to anyone!Did you find this review helpful?
