We thoroughly enjoyed two months in Fountain Hills at Barbara's condo #211!! -- and areas around! The condo has been awesome--clean, nicely furnished, meeting our expectations...relaxing deck, along with a fun pool & hot tub. The views are breath-taking! Of course, one of our favorite things to do was to walk around the fountain, enjoy the gorgeous mornings and views, grab a cup of coffee and experience the friendliness of the people and area. We felt like Fountain Hills did an excellent job 'entertaining' its guests--with weekend activities and the fun of seeing the 'green fountain' on St Pats Day. Besides all the fun and beauty in Fountain Hills, we were close to Scottsdale (and surrounding areas) & enjoyed a variety of activities and areas...from spring training games, museums, shopping, golf, dining experiences and much, much more. Our compliments! Thanks to Barbara for a wonderful time!! The descriptions were all very accurate, photos nicely displayed the beauty of this condo and Barbara was extremely helpful, pleasant and great to work with!! Blessings all around--

We just spent four days at this condo but could very easily have stayed for more! The apartment is clean, beautifully furnished, with everything you would possibly need for a holiday (description listing above is completely accurate). The complex is fantastic, with full gym facilities, and a lovely swimming pool with unbeatable views of the desert - absolutely loved using this. My friend and I had been travelling through California and Arizona and staying in this apartment in Fountain Hills was like a perfect, relaxing break in a little oasis of tranquility! The town was also a great place to visit, everyone was very friendly and helpful, with lots to do in the local area. Would definitely come again!

We spent 11 days in Barbara's condo @ Little Fountain Resort. This condo is perfect for two couples traveling together with the feeling you have two master suites on each side with a common area between. The balcony has a good view of the pool and Red Mountain. Pool and hot tub are kept at good temperatures, the hot tub 100 to 104 degrees and the pool around 86 degrees. My wife and I used the exercise facilities every day. Great views while working out! We keep coming back to Barbara's. It is a great value and never disappoints.

It was another 2 great weeks in May at the Esam Condo, which marked out 7th stay in Fountain Hills. We noticed the new towels, as well as the super clean place. Also a new garburator this yr and a new clothes dryer which complimented the new washing machine from last yr or a couple yrs ago. Everything is up to date, and very well maintained. The weather was nice, and the pool which is sparkling clean and kept at 87 degrees was really great for those morning and evening dips. The view from the balcony cannot be surpassed! We also noticed a couple mourning doves nesting almost within arms reach. What an opportunity to watch nature so near. There were new books and DVD movies to watch, but we were too busy again this yr to enjoy them. The windows in this condo were so clean a person would think there were none at all! We shopped the nearby stores, and went to a few shopping centers, like AZ Mills, Desert Ridge, etc, and the Mesa Swap Meet. We also tried out the new El Encanta restaurant which was within walking distance -to wear off a few calories. Pings is also a favorite, and the Car wash beside it does an excellent job. Our two weeks went by too quickly, and we look forward to our next Spring Excursion to Fountain Hills again in 2011 where we plan on adding a few more days to enjoy this great condo even more. 2004 was the first time we had the privilege of staying at #211. We have returned every yr since, and will continue to do so as long as we are able. We were in 4 other condos at Little Fountain to visit, and we know with absolute certainty that the one we rented had the absolute best view from the patio. It was also the nicest decorated inside. We noticed the new espresso machine and coffee bean grinder, but we stuck with the old fashioned coffee. The pool was great again this yr, the constant temp or 86-87 was perfect. The hot tub was also perfect. We went x2 a day early morning and later afternoon to avoid the hot rays of the sun. (It was over 100 degrees!) The condo is perfect for 4 people, but we were only 3. There is ample room, a great kitchen with all the appliances that I would normally use if I were at home. We have begun to consider this our second home, as we look forward to a return every year. Next year will be no exception, we are already counting the weeks until we can return to this little piece of heaven. Fountain Hills is a great place to spend a vacation, and there can be no other accommodations as nice as the Esam condo. We had a really wonderful time, as usual. Shopping was good in the area, and the restaurants were superb. We think this is the best place ever....Four Peaks view from the pool is superb. See you again next yr.

We spent the last 2 weeks of October 2008 in Barbara's unit. Over the past several years we have stay in 4 other Little Fountain condos, and have had friends/relatives staying in other units. Barbara's is one of the nicest and most convenient of those we used. We love Little Fountain. In October/November we just about have the place to ourselves. No fights for the pool, hot tub. or exercise equipment. With it backed up to the reservation, it is very private with great views. We recommend this unit to anyone!

Had a delightful stay in this condo. Very clean, comfortable and convenient. Everything we were promised and more than we expected. A real bargain. Owners were good to deal with and the inexpensive high speed internet option let me stay in touch with work. Would definitely stay again.

We spent the first two weeks of May at this great condo #211; it was the 5th year for us, and we found it every bit as perfect as the first time we went. The condo is spacious and bright inside. People who stopped in to visit us remarked about how lucky we were to have found this gem in Fountain Hills to rent. There were new reading books, and new DVD movies again this year, but we had time for neither; we spent too much time at the pool. The water at the pool was great, and we enjoyed a dip in the Jacuzzi a couple times a day too. I like the big beach-size pool towels. The pool is clean and treated with ozone and salt; it is kept at 86 degrees. That's perfect! We enjoyed eating out at a few places nearby, like Pings (Chinese Food) and Two-Step - new place just down the street. We also enjoyed cooking for ourselves a few times. It was handy to have a toaster for morning, and there was a new coffee pot in the kitchen this yr. We went to the Circle K in the early morning to get a newspaper, and found out where good shopping was. We shopped the Outlets at Anthem, and Paradise Valley, also Arizona Mills, Fry's (Electronics) and the Mesa Swap Meet....but some of the best shopping was right handy at the Target and Ross Dress Store less than a mile away! There was a beautiful red geranium plant on the patio, the humming birds visited it every morning, and even tried to land on us a few times, hovering just inches away from our face when we had bright clothes on. The weather was great, and I can't think of anything that would have made this holiday better....except perhaps more time to spend there! We would certainly like to return next yr. We stayed in Little Fountain 211 for two weeks in November 2007. What a beautiful condo and grounds. It was much more than we expected and we thoroughly enjoyed this home. We are golfers and there are many fabulous courses in the area and after golf the pool at Little Fountain was wonderful. Everything we required from shopping, to restaurants, to the Art and Craft Fair etc was close by. We are returning next year for a longer stay.

Another pleasant time at Little Fountain! For a whole year, we looked fwd to our return, and were not disappointed. A few changes were noted...the height of the palm trees afforded a better view of the pool. We noticed the pool was treated with salt this year. It makes for a great water softener, and much easier on the skin than any chlorine; the warm temp of the pool is not hard to take either, and was welcome after a day of shopping. This year, we toured our fav malls again, Paradise Village, Factory Outlets at Anthem, and Fiesta Mall, and Arizona Mills, as well as the Swap Meet in Mesa. We found another great eating place just down the hill, in the Target Shopping Mall....it was called Pings Cafe. Really good Chinese food, and good service. Also ate again at Phil's Filling Station. Good menu there too....and we liked Taco Bell also. We ate well on this holiday! We also enjoyed the Casino just a couple miles away. The convenience of holidaying in such a well appointed condo cannot be overstated. Everything is just about perfect there; can't think of a thing that we needed that was not handy. Having immediate access to a washer and dryer was very convenient, and the new clothes bar that is suspended from the ceiling in the laundry room was really handy. We did not use the workout/exercise room, but I did peek in there again, it is clean, quiet and has a very good variety of exercise equipment, including an elliptical trainer! There is also a book corner, to trade books. but we never had time to read. I noticed some new DVD movies to watch in the condo, but we just never had time. We did lke Cable TV, and watched a few fav programs and news. We were glad to see the toypedo's were still in the condo, and used the noodles in the pool too. The time passed quickly. (insert big sigh here). So we decided to put aside some time for another visit next spring. There can be no better place to spend our holiday than #211. Wes, Paulette, and Aldea

This marks the third year we have been fortunate enough to stay at this lovely and well furnished condo. We felt very welcome when we entered the extremely well appointed condo. The white leather sofa and chair were exactly as we left them last year... comfy and in excellent condition. I noticed a new "state of the art" washing machine this year, right off the kitchen...how handy is that ! We liked having all the conveniences of the kitchen, dishwasher, coffee pot toaster, etc. The pool and jacuzzi were great; we really enjoyed spending a part of each morning and early evening lounging in that area. We made use of the Public Library in fountain Hills this year; as well a few of the "take out" restaurants. It was really nice to see the menu from them at the condo before we made our selections. We shopped a new mall (Paradise Valley) and left a brochure behind for future use. We did some sightseeing, and went to the Swap Meet again. We enjoyed really nice temperatures, which contributed a wonderful holiday, and we plan on another return visit next year.

We stayed at #211 Little Fountain from November 1- 8, 2005. We were very impressed with the condo. It was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. There are two large bedrooms, each with a full ensuite. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. It had all the amenities and we enjoyed the pool, spa and work-out room everyday of our visit. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful too. We had never been to Arizona before and thus were not familiar with Fountain Hills but now that we have been there, I would definately go back. The condo is right on the edge of town backing on to desert. It is so peaceful and serene there. The homes in the area are so beautiful, we enjoyed walking around the neighborhoods in the morning before it got too warm. When we go back to Arizona, we would definately try to stay here again!! I had the pleasure of staying in Little Fountain #211 the week of May 11-17, 2005. I was in the area on business (actually making arrangements for a permanent relocation!) and could not have asked for a more comfortable place to stay. I used to own a vacation rental company in Gulf Shores, and I must say that the owner, manager, and caretaker of this property are doing an excellent job with this unit! The unit was very clean and nicely furnished while the location and amenities are superb! I must compliment the owner for anticipating my every whim...from vidoes to watch, floats for the pool, and washing detergent on the shelf, I did not want for a thing! I would definitely recommend Little Fountain #211 to anyone visiting the area, whatever their reason may be.

We were fortunate enough to be in unit 211 again this year, for a week and a half. The weather could not have been more perfect. We enjoyed walking a few times out on the blvd, where the saguaro cactus were blooming. There are very few light poles along the roads in Fountain Hills, (this helps to preserve the natural beauty of the desert) But, just outside the entrance, we noted that a tall palm tree had a light at the base, and one at the top..it was like an electric palm tree..beautiful. We toured Tortilla Flats, and Saguaro Lake, and went to the Swap Meet in Mesa. We shopped the Arizona Mills, and also the Fry's Electronic store..(that is a big store!) We drove around the streets in Fountain Hills, and admired the beautiful homes, and were glad to be a part of the population, albeit a short time. We enjoyed a Mexican dinner at Que Bueno on Mothers Day; the saguaro outside the restaurant had tiny green lights up and down its sides. We usually shopped at Fry's for grocery items, it was so handy. The pool was great again, clean and warm...and we spent much time there, both early in the morning, and later in the afternoon. The people we met at the pool were very friendly, and gave useful information of the area. The hot tub/Jacuzzi? was great to relax the tired muscles after a day on the golf course, across the street., or a workout in the well equipped exercise room. It was so nice to be able to stay in such a well appointed place. The furniture is of exceptional quality, and the beds are very comfortable. It was nice to be able to watch TV from both beds, and from the dining room table.,after preparing a meal in the well equipped kitchen. We felt pampered sitting outside on the balcony, sipping good wine in good crystal. And at the end of each day, as we climbed up the steps to our home away from home, we looked out at the beautiful surroundings, caught a glimpse of the Fountain in the distance, and wished we could stay longer. So we decided we would come again, next year! The Kohlmans

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at #211 Little Fountain. What a beautiful condo. The decor was lovely, the amenities fantastic, and the location was perfect for our stay. Close to Scottsdale and all it has to offer in terms of restaurants, shopping, etc., but without all the traffic!! We definitely would like to return to Unit #211!!

We stayed at Little Fountains from Aug 7th to 14th, 2004 and had one of our best family vacations ever!! The condo was well equipped and very comfortable for all of us. (We travelled with our 10 and 12 year old boys). After staying in hotels for a couple of days, it felt like home when we were finally able to unpack and settle in at the condo. We made full use of the great pool as weather temperatures hovered around 110 degrees daily. In fact, we had the pool to ourselves almost all of the time and had to drag the boys out at mealtimes! We packed our mornings with different activities (the highlight was kayaking the Salt River where we saw a herd of wild horses) and then spent our afternoons poolside enjoying the amazing Arizona climate. The condo was very well appointed and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the bedroom separation (one on each side of the unit) which allowed us to put the kids to bed on time, close their door, and still enjoy the rest of the condo on our own without keeping them up. The in-unit laundry facilities were a great bonus as well! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return to Arizona in a heartbeat...

We stayed at Little Fountain #211 for week in May (beginning on the 14th) It went all too fast. We felt like we had been invited by long time family friends. Everyone we met at the pool, or talked to when walking around were extremely pleasant, and friendly. The condo was a bit of heaven. The furnishings were superb. The leather sofa and chair felt luxurious. The percale linens for the beds were wonderful. There were more than enough bath towels and pool towels.(enjoyed a few pool toys, too!) The cooking utensils (pots and pans etc) were of very good quality, as was the microwave, fridge, washer and dryer. The weather couldn't have been nicer for us...and the pool temp was exactly right. We enjoyed the library in the workout room! Both bedrooms were very large, and very well furnished..Cable t.v, etc. We couldn't decide which one was the master bedroom! Nearby shopping made this plaqce the best location. We plan on going back next year.... we want to book a longer stay. Even with the devalued Canadian dollar, we all felt the place was more than worth it. It was a great vacation. Paulette & Wes Kohlman, and Aldea LaFrance

We had a fantastic time while we were in Fountain Hills!!!! We just got back yesterday April 24, 2004. The weather was wonderful and everything we hoped for. Your condo was great too!! It was very comfotable and was well equiped with everything we needed. It was a nice surprise to see the the DVD player in the living room and that the condo had cable. The pool was a nice size and the weight room was well equiped also. The fountain was amazing watching it go off every hour for about 10 minutes. The condo was convenient to the casino, shopping, restaurants, and other fun activities around the area. We drove to the Grand Canyon in 4 and a half hours and that was after stopping at Montozuma's Castle. The Grand Canyon was fantastic!!! We just had a great time and we saw a lot. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!! Cathi

We stayed at this condo in October 2003 and had a fantastic time. It is newly decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. All linens are provided--even pool towels! The pool is beautiful and is right next to the desert with beautiful mountain views. The exercise room is well equipped and has floor to ceiling windows that look out on the desert and the mountains. We had breakfast every day on the balcony looking down at the lovely landscaped gardens with the pool behind just a short distance away. There are cable tvs in both bedrooms and in a 3rd one in the living room. And the golf!!! Fountain Hills is a GOLFER'S PARADISE!! I can't wait to get back.
