  My husband, 13 y/o daughter and I spent 6 nights for Spring break and my birthday in this condo. The condo was clean, comfortable and has a great view of a beach that has great snorkeling. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed, which was fine despite us being used to a king at home. The exta bed is a "futon" mattress stored in the bedroom closet that we put in the living room on the floor for our daughter. She said it was very comfortable as well. The bathroom was nice with double sinks, a full tub and a separate shower, which was nice to rinse off the sand w/o having to take a full shower. The toilet is in a separate adjacent area with a stackable w/d unit that was very nice to have available. There were plenty of towels both beach, bath and kitchen. The kitchen is great with plenty of dishes, a full size range, with separate oven and microwave. We did make use of some of the snorkel gear but it is only "okay" and would recommend renting it elsewhere. Sitting on the lanai was heaven looking out at the ocean and hearing the waves. It is a very convenient location to get to many attractions. I was worried from the pictures that the closer proximity to a busy street would make for more noise but I didn't notice it. There wasn't a hair dryer but Brandi took care of that immediately. We flew standby so our arrival was 2 days earlier as well as the departure but Brandi was very flexible working with us on that and we were able to stay for the whole time we were in Kona. Brandi was very easy to work with and we would recommend this condo to others and hope to return.

  We had terrific stay in this condo. Ocean view, breeze and sunsets. Neat pool area and BBQ. Nice shopping plaza and good restaurants nearby. The condo was just perfect. Clean, well furnished, fully stocked with all necessary utilities & more. I think the pictures don’t reflect how good it is. And what is really important it is situated in steps from best snorkeling spot on the island. Good spot if you want to reach Volcano park, north beaches or Hilo side. Thank you, Brandi, once again. We will be returning back!

  I found my stay in the unit very pleasant. It was quiet, clean, spacious and had a beautiful view. In addition, it had all the amenities i.e. washer, dryer, dishwasher etc.. one needs to make your stay comfortable. The condo had access to a great pool area, as well as a clean BBQ. It was also within walking distance to one of the best snorkeling beaches on the island. I highly recommend the space. Again thanks, Nadine

  THE CONDO WAS VERY NICE & CLEAN, WELL FURNISHED. POOL AREA IS WELL KEPT, BBQ IF NOT IN USE IS CLEAN AND READY TO GO. HALF A BLOCK FROM THE BEST SNORKELING BEACH. LISTING DESCRIPTION IS ACCURATE. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH LOCATION. EASY WALKING OR DRIVING TO WHERE EVER YOU NEED TO GO. THE PHOTOS REFLECT THE CONDO, YOU SHOULD BE WELL PLEASED. THE PROPERTY IS CLEAN AND WELL-MAINTAINED. NEVER NOISY. THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE ARE SO NICE AND WILL GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO MAKE YOUR STAY A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. THEY HAVE SNORKELING MASKS, FINS AND OTHER GEAR TO USE IN CONDO A REAL PLUS. I HAVE AND DO RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO FRIENDS AND RELATIVES.

  My friends and I stayed overnight in this wonderful condo and it was everything we hoped for and more. It was clean, posh, spacious and had a lovely view of the ocean in the distance. It is walking distance (a little more than a block) from one of the best snorkeling beaches on the island. The owner was just wonderful to work with for our short stay. I highly recommend this condo.

  We had a lovely stay in this condo, and was perfect for 2 people. The rates were reasonable and we were comfortable in the clean and well-maintained place. The managers were great --helpful and considerate. We especially enjoyed the location--away from the busyness of Kona. And we were glad to have a shopping center so close by. We enjoyed Sam Choy's up on the hill behind the shopping center.

  This condo is probably around the best deals in Kona. The view, which you have every evening is much better then in the picture, just phantastic. Appartment is clean and well-maintained. in terms of equipment, there is all you need kittchenwise. We rated it best equiped condo! Snorchels are there too, comes in handy expecially because the snorcheling is, like described, just across the street. As well is the surfspot, but therefore you have to bring your own gear. The location is very good not only for snorchling or surfing (other spots just arround the corner) it is also a good starting point to explore the island. Everything is feasable to do in a daytrip (Volcano, Green Sand, Waipio etc.) If you feel like eating out, a short drive to Kona or even at walking distance to the shoping centers dinners will do. After all, the owner is very nice, answers all your questions and helps with everything. Example: we just arrived and they saw that we are travaling with our 5 mounth old son, so they brought us a kikei bed right that night. We could also use their address to let us send mail and we stoped over at their place for a beer one night. What a warm welcome. A lot more that you expect of a "owner" ;-) I do really recommend this place to all in search of a nice place to stay in Kona! Thanks and Maloha!
