  My family of 3 and my cousins family of 4 just got home from a week stay at Loma Linda and had the time of our life. The house is everything that the pictures are. The house is built on a very beautiful property in a very scenic natural setting. Waking up to howling monkeys was awesome. The infinity pool was a huge hit with our family. Love the sun rises every morning and last night with an almost full moon over the pool was amazing. The rooms and the bathrooms are spacious, clean, and everything we wanted. The kitchen, living room, and the patio was also spectacular. Tina was so awesome through out the process. She helped me with every little detail. Tina's restaurant recommendations were spot on, directions were spot on. I felt like I rented from a friend. Love to go back some time in the future.

  My family (myself, wife, parents and 2 siblings) plan a Family Trip every couple of years and this year we chose to visit Costa Rica. Family trips are always difficult because it is not easy finding a rental property to fit the varied tastes of all of the family members. There is also the fear of finding a dump and never hearing the end of it. I found this beautiful house, Loma Linda property, on VRBO and it seemed too good to be true. Thankfully for us it wasn't. The pictures and listing matched accurately to what we saw. The home is beautiful and you can tell that the homeowners have paid extra attention to every detail, such as having items available that you would want in your own home. I almost felt like we were in our own home, only better. In my opinion this is extremely important when looking for a rental property. The home and property were immaculate. My mom, who is very picky, can not stop talking about it. There are about 2 other homes in the gated area on the site but they are out of view so you feel like you are all alone in the jungle. In the morning we were able to do our morning walks around the area and were able to see spider monkeys, as well as iguanas. Our favorite part was lounging around the pool while listening to the howler monkeys. The property has an on-site care taker that is there in case you need anything. Delia, the property manager, is also available for any concerns you might have. I can not speak highly enough of Tina. She remained in contact with me through phone and email from the moment I made the inquiry, to the moment I arrived back home. She went out of her way to make sure that I had enough resources such as maps, local dining info, super market info, etc. Everything! Even information on vehicle rentals and tour information. I felt like she was a close family friend guiding me through my trip. It is tough to get that kind of service...ANYWHERE. she's the best! I definitely recommend this property and for the price it is really a steal.

  What a wonderful vacation! It was our 1st trip to costa rica and our goal was to see as much of this great country as possible. It was so wonderful to come back after a long day trip to all the comforts of home.  As other visitors have mentioned the home was top notch! My two teenage boys loved exploring the forest around the property scouting for the Howler Monkeys, and they were never disappointed. One of the best parts of booking this home was all the help we got from Tina, Craig and Sandi. They were so very helpful with all our questions on where to visit, where to shop, best restaurants to eat at etc. We had so much info I felt like we had already been there even before we arrived. You just don't get this service through a travel agent. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home. Darryl, Joanne, Jesse and Jake.

  It was my firwst trip tp Costa Rica and this was the perfect house to see and experience everything. The house is very modern and the pool is something special. You can get to anything in the Guanacaste Region with no trouble. You can go to restaurants or eat in. This is a must if you want a great time in Costa Rica.

  What an incredible experience. This property is completely hand crafted from the handmade hardwood doors to the furniture. The property is secluded enough to get to see and hear the monkeys in the distance but centrally located to beaches and attractions. This was our family’s first trip to Costa Rica and it could not have been any better. The covered BBQ area was perfect and the days we hung by the private pool with the kids were most memorable. We got to experience the Costa Rican culture in a completely different way than if you stay at an all-inclusive resort… Highly Recommended!

  This property is gorgeous and well maintained. It is near the beach but not so close as to be touristy. The owners of the home have payed (literally) attention to detail and it shows. I have never been so comfortable in accomidations outside of the US as I was in this property. Costa Rica is a perfect getaway; safe, friendly locals, and a plethora of opportunities for relaxation and adventure.

  We stayed at this property on our 3rd trip to Costa Rica and were so pleased when we walked in and saw such beautiful, modern improvements to the home. The kitchen was an absolute dream to cook in and the convenient location of a nearby market helped us save on food expenses on our trip. We traveled with another couple to the home to enjoy the sites and do as much surfing as possible; it's very easy to get into Tamarindo for some slow rollers, or Playa Grande if you want a faster beach break. Lots of local surf shops in Tamarindo with a wide variety of of selections for boards. We also did some adventure tours (ziplines and quads), and played golf at Paradisus. When we were at the home, the pool was a great temperature to break up the Costa Rican heat. One day a large group of Howler Monkeys hung out in the trees just above the home that we got some great pictures of. Be sure to bring your best camera with a telephoto lens to remember the wildlife you see. The home is very private and secure (there's a gate to the community with a guard). We had a great time.

  We went here with 11 family members and had a magical time! Close to everything yet private and secluded. We wish we could have stayed longer. The place was absolutely gorgeous as the pictures show and the monkeys are playing in the trees right behind the house-too cool! We will definitely go back. Also, the pool is very kid friendly and we all slept comfortably considering we had 11 in the house! Great trip, great country, great people, great home!

  We had a wonderful time in Costa Rica when we stayed here. The facilities are fantastic and it suits us to a T. We loved the quiet of the forest and the easy accessibility to the beach. Relaxing next to the pool while dinner is cooking on the barbeque was great. We're planning on returning next year to this same spot. Loved It!

  Very beautiful, quiet and private. Plenty of room, very clean, wonderful pool and BBQ. You can stay and relax at the house and pool for the day or head off to the nearby beaches. Many activities, attractions and fabulous restaurants surrounding the area. Make sure to visit the Arenal Volcano and Tabacon as it's totally worth the trip either for a day or an overnight stay. Take a canopy tour - it's fabulous.
