Kiwanda House is just one block away from a gorgeous, low bank, white sandy beach stretching 8 miles. At one end is Cape Kiwanda of Pacific City, home of the Dory Fleet, Haystack Rock, great restaurants, art galleries, and even surfing. The other end is a quiet and serene estuary excellent for crabbing, clamming, bird watching, and peaceful contemplation. Tierra Del Mar is located off of Hwy 101 on the Three Capes Scenic Route, the best of the Oregon Coast. It's a beautiful escape 4 miles North of Pacific City, halfway between Tillamook and Lincoln City.
Kiwanda House has been completely remodeled in 08-09 in mid-century modern fashion, with modern comforts and conveniences, yet maintaining it's original beach structure and charm. It was designed with the family in mind, and for parents & adults who appreciate an elegant atmosphere. At 1200 sq. ft., on four lots, and the ability to sleep 8, it is the perfect family getaway. The kitchen is spacious, and fully equipped opening up to the living room and dining room for a pleasurable family experience.
This house has comfortably accommodated two families several times, a scrap booking retreat with 6 women, couples, and singles seeking quiet refuge. We are here to help you make your vacation a success.

We stayed at this property in July and it was great. Nice house, great kitchen, fun kids room, and easy access to the beach.Recommended for: Families with young children.

My Sister and I stayed here to get away from "reality" for the weekend and it was AMAZING! The house is stunning! Everything from the upgrades/remodels to the smallest decorating detail is just perfect! It feels like a HOME away from home...not just some beach house. It truly helped us relax.
