Cedar Hammock Terrace is an excellent location for those searching for a relaxing lifestyle along a championship golf course. This first-floor location offers a beautiful view of the lake and overlooks the 11th fairway/green on an 18-hole, championship, golf course.

The master bedroom contains a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a comfortable, queen-size, sofa bed. Relax in the living room enjoying the TV, VCR, and stereo player, or be comfortable on the screened-in lanai and taking in the view and the Florida weather.

The clubhouse offers a restaurant, lounge, grill room, fitness center, pro shop, and an on-site activities director. The membership can be transferred to the tenant for a $150 transfer fee (subject to change) entitling the tenant to pay cart fees only - no greens fees - and advanced tee times.

You are close to beautiful beaches and the sea-side city of Naples with its vast array of activities.
