You can rent a boat slip with this house for an additional fee. The boat slip is located in the marina directly in front of the house, but requires a short walk around the block for access. This is a perfect house for a family who loves boating, bike riding and entertaining. Take your morning coffee right out the door of your master bedroom onto the vine-wrapped upper porch...a great spot for watching the sunset as well. A brick veranda covered by a pergola shaded with jasmine provides a beautiful outdoor dining experience.
