Villa#16 at Villas of Kamalii, Princeville, is an upscale luxurious and tropically decorated, three bedroom, three bath Villa. Two large en-suite bedrooms, one queen with a shower and one king with jacuzzi tub downstairs, and a third bedroom on the main floor can be configured for one or two twin beds or a kings size bed. This villa is exquisitely furnished in a tropical theme. Unique art works from different parts of the world and blown glass art made by the owner add a personal touch and sets it distincly apart from ordinary rentals. A fully furnished kitchen will keep the avid chef very happy. Dining room seats eight comfortably. High speed DSL wireless Internet hookup is present for the lap top (Wi-Fi ready).

Pool and Hot Tub facilities are a short 50 yards away with professional grade barbecue facility within the pool area. Villas of Kamalii is a brand new gated development within the prestigious Princeville Resort. It adjoins the Princeville Makai Golf Club where 27 holes of Challenging golf may be played. The villa has the best mountain views in the complex and is situated away from the road. The views from the upstairs lanai and downstairs bedrooms are spectacular with panoramic views of Kauai's north shore mountains. Waterfalls coming down from top of the mountains create a surreal scenery. A peek-a-boo view of Bali Hai included. Hanalei Bay beach is reachable less than 5 minutes driving and within 15-20 min of trail walking.

This Villa will sleep six comfortably and there are TV's with DVD's in every bedroom. A Large plasma TV with DVD, surround sound, and HD cable service in the living room. This villa is a comfortable home away from home for the discriminating vacationer that only desires the Best. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and beach mats are provided.

    Thanks for such a fabulous place to stay. Truly . . . your unit was a breath of fresh air and made us feel right at home (a luxurious one). From the fabulous taste in home furnishings to the granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. The grounds were wonderfully groomed, and with children – the pool being so close was such an added bonus. Family members rented a townhouse in the same gated complex and I’ll tell you that Unit #16 was far superior. Thanks for the use of your home and we will recommend it to all our friends and family.   • 06-19-08 thru 06-26-08 My family and I had the pleasure of enjoying this "plush" condo. The amenities were exactly as the property owner had described, along with the location which was incredibly convienent for a quick trip to Hanalei and nearly next door to the Princeville Golf Course. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this unit to anybody. The only advise I would have to a prospective renter is get ready to rest and relax! Thank you Alan and Susan, this was a family vacation of a lifetime!!!

I have been visiting Hawaii for almost 30 years at this home was by far the most beautiful and comfortable.   • My husband and I stayed in Villa 16 the week of May 31, 2007. We were pleasantly surprised that the condo looked even better than we expected. The views of the mountains with waterfalls is spectacular! The condo is very quiet. My husband was concerned about A/C, but with fan ceilings and breezes we didn't need one. We would definitely recommend Villa 16 to our family and friends. We look forward to coming back!

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villas of Kamali'i #16. It was even more beautiful than the pictures! Everything that you would want in your home was provided for in the villa. It was spacious, bright, clean, and had amazing views from the balcony. The washer/dryer was especially useful and was definitely a plus. I have showed my friends pictures and they can't believe I was able to stay in such an amazing place for a reasonable price. The location is perfect if you want to be at the North Shore. I certainly will stay there again if I go back to Kaua'i and I will highly recommend this villa to my friends as well. Stay here! You will not be disappointed!!

  • We stayed in Villa 16 the week of May 21,2007. As an interior designer myself, I enjoyed the quality of the decor. It is located close to the pool area and is in an elevated location so it gets more of the tropical breezes. The amenities include top of the line kitchen appliances,table service, towels,your own grill area, hair dryers,and beach towels. We had a great time celebrating my Mom's 80th birthday! The view is wonderful, the development is great and if you need two condos,like we did; Villa 50 is a few steps away. When we come back we will definitely try to stay in Villa 16!   • My family and I enjoyed our visit and stay at Villa #16 in late July 2005. We did not want to leave the beautiful views and the comforts of the home they have provided.
