Short Walk to Private Association Beach: This is a lovely 3 bedroom, 1 ½ home with a large wrap around deck. It also offers wireless internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, deck and wall A/C units on the first floor which includes the kitchen, dining area (seating for 8-10) and living room. The lower level has the 3 bedrooms and 1 ½ baths. Outside is a nice enclosed outside shower with a changing room. The private association beach, tennis court and Old Silver Beach are all only a 5 minute walk away.
