Newly renovated, beautiful, beach, Key West style cottage home in oceanfront community. Our beach home has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths with outdoor shower. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and the second bedroom has two twins. We also have a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The brand new kitchen has everything you will need
to create your wonderful meals.
The community where our property is located is called SurfCrest
Village. These properties are truly unique from a traditional condominium. This is an oceanfront community of Key West Style beach cottages. There is a gazebo overlooking the ocean, great beach access and a nice swimming pool with clubhouse. Enjoy the privacy of a beach
house with the amenities of a condominium. Each property has a
private backyard where you can enjoy the deck and cook out on the new gas grill. The community has a private gazebo and a walkover to beautiful St. Augustine Beach. It is about a 3 minute walk from the cottage.
We have decorated it with beautiful new furnishings and have even supplied games for the kids and the kids at heart. If you need anything additional for the kids or yourself please do not hesitate to ask. (i.e. high chairs, booster seats, etc.) We want you to enjoy your stay and want to personalize whatever we can to make it more enjoyable for you. All linens are included with your stay as well as beach towels. There is also a washer, dryer and ironing board. We know once you stay here you WILL want to come back.
