The owner's quarters upstairs are vacant during the rental season, so privacy is not an issue. Tastefully furnished and equipped with many amenities. Brand new enclosed sun room/deck. Convenient to downtown Bar Harbor and Jackson Laboratory. Lovely wooded setting. Very quiet. And a nice, ocean view 2 BR apartment is available for rental along with the main apartment (at $650/wk--3 guests), so together they can sleep up to 8.
