I have someone come and prepare the house for your arrival: Have the heater turned on so the house is warm, lights and hot water turned on, etc. Upon your departure, all you need to do is lock the windows and lock the door! I will have my service come and close the house for you so there is nothing to worry about.
This home, called “Angel Bear”, is beautiful with a great floor plan. It is located in the Moonridge Area of Big Bear. The home walking distance Bear Mountain Ski Resort, Moonridge Golf Course & Moonridge Zoo. Five minute drive to Snow Summit Ski Resort & just a few minutes more to Big Bear Lake. The newly remodeled home is a two-story home and sleeps 11 with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms.
This is a wonderful home with easy access in and out and lots of parking. New stainless steel refrigerator stove and microwave. New log siding and new dual-pane windows. It also has a mud room, air hockey, and two large decks with snow play just out your front door. Beyond that, a deep gorge -perfect for sledding and hiking - no need to pack lunches, no need to load the kids in the car...
Bedrooms consist of: (2) Queen beds, (1) set of Twin Bunk Beds, (1) Bunk bed with the lower being a Full size and the upper is a Twin. We also have 2 twin portable futons.
House cleaning is required @ $90.00. We want the home to be fresh and clean for your stay...
We require a $300.00 security/damage deposit which will be refunded when the house is left in order.

The owners were great and setting up the reservation was a breeze. Everything was just as we were promised it would be. The cabin was clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed for a multiday stay. The location is great with easy access to everything you would want. The cabin was accurately described and upon arrival everything was very clean. It's very spacious, especially the living room. It was perfect for the 10 of us that stayed there! Jill was very sweet in working with us and letting us stay a couple of extra hours the day of check-out! Thank you I will definitely be renting this cabin again!Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

This is our second time renting from Jill. She is so accomodating and really makes you feel welcomed into her home. Our family had a blast ringing in the New Year. The house is nicely equipped and very spaceous. Thanks again Jill for making us feel at home.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Omg where to start.....I know. ..Jill is an amaizing person to work with!!....The cabin was waaaay better than the pixz you can see bear mtn from one room the cabin is located close to everything yet so yet so quiet. Thanks Jill for making our thanking giving weekend special thanks again for everything.....WE WILL DEF. B BACK!!!!!!........Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We rented this home during the winter months and had a blast! The location is beautiful. We could count the skiers on the slopes of Bear Mountain. This was a wonderful get-away for the family. A beautiful place to stay. Thank you for everything, Jill. Our stay was very comfortable. We always take our family vacations in Big Bear. The past few years, we have rented a beautiful home from the Ogan's called "Angel Bear". This home is located right by the ski resorts where my family loves to spend the day.
