  We had a great stay. The house was extremely convenient to attractions, shopping and the highway. and it was very peaceful setting. Well stocked and ready for us. We had everything that we needed and then some. It felt like home. We woudl definately come again!

  The home was comfortable, well kept, and in a nice area which was convenient to everything. The owners went out of their way to see that we were comfortable, our needs met, and made to feel welcome. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the photos do not do this property justice. This home is really nice. We relaxed on the back patio, enjoying the views and the lovely little quail and rabbit families, and the neighbors. We had the pleasure of meeting the neighbors on both sides of the home. Charming, welcoming, but unobtrusive. Such a pleasure from my first phone call to the last.....we hope to have the privilege of staying here again.

  We've been coming to ABQ during the winter for several years. This year we stayed 3 months. We were happy to have such a nice and roomy "home away from home". The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped and easy to use, We found several cozy spots for reading or napping. Mornings on the sunny east patio with its view of the golf course and the Sandias was great! We spent alot of time outdoors: hiking, biking, running, walking on the numerous bike paths and open space trails near the townhome. Albuquerque and the surrounding area offer a variety of things to see and do in mostly sunny weather. We also especially enjoy indulging in lots of New Mexican cuisine with red and/or green chile while we are in Albuquerque and there are several good restaurants in the area.

  My family had such a terrific time in this garden home that backs to a golf course. We saw glorious sunsets each day, balloons over the golf course, birds and rabbits at the back of the property looking for food, that my granddaughter was happy to give! The sunroom was an ideal playroom for her, and the spacious family room with a corner fireplace that opens to the big dining area overlooking the golf course was the perfect setting for a Thanksgiving family holiday. Thanks so much to the management and owners!

  What a nicely appointed and fully firnished residence to stop at away from home without feeling away (except for the weather which is unbeatable also). Everything you could want is right there and more. Thanks for allowing us to stay there!!

  We loved staying at this townhouse! The owners were wonderful, the views were gorgeous, it was conveniently located and it just felt like "home". It had everything you could need including Ziploc bags, hair dryer, laundry detergent, spices and even a garage to park your vehicle. I especially enjoyed the beautiful sun-room which was right off the master bedroom.

  Our stay at this condo was one of our most enjoyable vacation stays ever. The condo is in excellent condition, very clean and spacious. The view of the Sandia Mountains is gorgeous. There is also a lovely golf course behind the condo, with very affordable fees. The condo has three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The bed was comfortable, all appliances and TV’s worked well, including washer, dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen is lovely and efficient. We cooked most of our meals in the condo and enjoyed our meals in front of the window with the beautiful mountain view. The area is peaceful and well maintained. There is a paved 3-mile walking (biking) path which wraps around the golf course and provides a mountain view. There is a full glorious view of the sunrise and the colorful Sandia sunset showing the famous coloring of the Sandia Mountains. It is a quick drive to several area sites we visited including: Old Towne, the tram taking you up in the mountinas, and the train which we rode to Santa Fe. We plan to return and stay longer next time. We highly recommend this property. Thanks for a lovely stay, owners!
