Our villa is made for couples or families with its spacious 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the main floor with a queen bed and a loveseat for relaxing and reading your favorite books with lamps to illuminate the room. It has a ceiling fan with lights. The bathroom is immediately outside the bedroom door. Walk up to the spiral staircase to the second floor where the spacious guest bedroom is, with similar setup of lamps and ceiling fan with lights. Both bedrooms have 2 oversized closets to store your clothes and belongings.
The living room has a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa and the sunroom, with wall-to-ceiling windows and also has a queen-size sleeper sofa. Enjoy your favorite TV shows with the flat screen TV. With the internet connection you can use your laptop to stay connected with your business or friends.
Enjoy a rain or shine relaxation in the screen-enclosed sunroom.. The room has a table and chairs designed for enjoying your favorite snacks and drinks as you look out and see the different birds flying by or landing on the marsh. Or just relax and read your favorite book on the sleeper sofa for extra bed. Adjacent to the sunroom deck is an open deck, draped with a Spanish-moss laden oak tree.
Our condo complex has its own swimming pool. Also, with an amenity card, you can use the beach club pools and the many other amenities including golf, restaurants, Community Center with fitness center, lap pool and family pool, tennis, equestrian, etc.
Stay at our villa and capture the beauty of the changing tide right before your eyes on the deck overlooking the marsh. Kayak vendors can deliver kayaks at the nearby tidal creek launching area and maneuver through the inlets. See the spectacular sight of the stars and the moon and their reflection on the tidal creek at night from the crabbing dock tower. Bikes are delivered also at the villa. Just a few minutes walk from this villa is the community swimming pool, kayak/canoe dock, and the fishing/crabbing dock that the whole family can enjoy. Watch the magnificent sunrise from the deck of the crabbing dock or on the beach. Soak into the most beautiful sunset you ever saw as you swim on the warm beach water just 5 minutes drive from the villa. Body surf with the waves or enjoy a relaxing stroll by the white sandy beach. Dolphins are frequently seen swimming gracefully. We love the ocean so much that when we saw the Seabrook Island, we fell in love with the area. I still remember the realtor looking at me and saying, "You really love this place don't you?" Sure enough, we decided to buy the townhouse. We left Hawaii more than 30 years ago to take a job with the U.S government and moved to different places. Seabrook Island is a special place for us to enjoy as a family. I retired after serving 30 years as a military officer in the U.S. Uniformed Services,U.S. Public Health Sevice and my wife works there to at the Centers for Disease Control znd Prevention.

Seabrook Island is uniquely designed. The quieteness and peacefulness of the island and privacy just attracted us to this place. We love the scenery of the beach, marsh, and the wildlife that abounds. It is so uplifting when we see before our eyes the cycle of low tide to high tide.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
Love the beach, to fish and watch the ever-changing tides of the ocean. Before then, I did not know what marsh looked like. The marsh that abounds just bring about that natural peacefulness and joy when we go there. It is exciting to see the moon and stars which seems to be brighter there, especially when you are at the tower of the crabbing dock. We love to kayak and we can just launch our kayak on the tidal creek that meanders around the villa. When our family come together for our annual Labor Day Weekend, it brings so much bonding for all of us.

We have been here on several occations and it is all and more than we hoped for. We had fun riding our bikes, long walks on the beach, playing in the pool, breakfast, and dinner on the deck, it was just great! We also enjoyed the local resturants.(Great Seafood) We hope to venture back often:)

What a beautiful place to spend a weekend, week, or month! Plenty of ways to relax....whether by the secluded neighborhood pool, on the beach, or biking the many miles of trails. Easy to get to places for dining or shopping......Whether you are into fishing, wildlife viewing, or soaking in the history of the surrounding area, this vacation destination is unsurpassed for comfort, convenience, and charm. I have stayed at the villa three times and always feel relaxed and at one with nature when I am there. It is consistently well maintained and is perfect for group or more solitary activities. The property is comfortable, efficient, and well-equipped. It is very convenient to activities and attractions and yet it is quiet and secluded. I recommend the villa to others who want either a weekend break or longer vacation and want either a quite getaway or want to have more activities available to them close at hand. The photos on this website accurately depict the villa aminities and the owners are very helpful in answering questions. Enjoy!

The perfect place to vacation. The condo is spacious with a sun room that is literally on the marsh great view in the morning. Everything is very well maintained and clean. It is also in a great location it is quiet and only a short walk or shorter drive to anything you need. This one is definitely woth it we use it twice a year and I cant wait to get back.

Perfect family escape! Our family held a summer reunion here and enjoyed the most relaxing of getaways at this cozy villa. Walking in feels just like coming home. Big dining table for laughs over mom’s home cooking, a unique sunroom with open windows facing the marsh, and comfy couches in the living room (we used it for an amusing family game night.) Not to mention the pleasantly private location that really offers the rejuvenating seclusion that we all need from the busy world at times. The property is very clean and well maintained. The property owners are extremely accommodating and welcoming. One morning I woke up early for a walk and happened upon an elevated deck at the end of a trail alongside the villa. Atop the deck I enjoyed a spectacular sunrise and a birds eye view of the neighborhood. It is truly a Wildlife Sanctuary, as noted. I can admit that I can be a workaholic, but on that deck, on Seabrook Island, with my family atthis restful retreat, I was able to turn the Blackberry off, recharge my own internal battery, and reconnect with my loved ones. If you are looking for a hideaway that promotes together time and recreation, this is it. A short drive from the beach, bike rentals available for exploring the island, and beautiful landscape with bountiful wildlife. It is a breath of fresh air, in more ways than one. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time staying in the condo. Its location is perfect since it is very close to the beach. The waves took away the stress we carried when we went there. Just walking in the shops and seeing a lot of residents biking made me want to stay there for good. We highly highly recommend the place to relax.

My family and I stayed at this property last year during the July 4th weekend. We enjoyed the location, the area and all the events that were surrounding the area.
