A 2 - 3 bedroom townhouse in the heart of New Buffalo with a shared pool and all the amenities you can imagine. Literally steps to everything with views of the marina and historic downtown. It is a Stone's Throw away from it all.
Set one street off the main drag in New Buffalo, Stone's Throw is where you want to be. Walk to everything in town - the beach, the restaurants, marina, shops; all of it is within a minute or 2. This 2 bedroom townhouse is just a few years old with everything you could want, inside and out. The pool is shared by only 6 units (the smallest ratio anywhere). The top floor has 2 bedrooms each with their own full bath and balcony, and one bedroom has its own fireplace. The main floor has a fireplace, television, books/games, another 1/2 bath, fully stocked kitchen, and the dining area. The basement can be used as a 3rd bedroom (having a queen sleeper sofa and a full bath) and as an entertainment room with television and DVD player.
