Our short term apartment rental is located in Belize City, one of the most sought after areas of Belize. This charming loft studio is a perfect home for your stay in the Caribbean. You are close to landmarks, museums, Water Taxis, world-class fishing and water activities. Our loft style studio is in the heart of it all, located just 1 block from the Caribbean Sea. Our unit rental sleeps up to 2 people. Your vacation oasis is newly built and furnished to the highest standards to provide an elegant and comfortable stay in Belize.
Enter to find the bathroom to your left and the kitchen directly ahead, with beautiful beach white kitchen cabinets and the cream colored walls. This theme is carried throughout the apartment to enhance its space and give it an airy feel. The bathroom to your left is no exception. With a cool garden shower provided for you, it’s the perfect way to end your warm fun-filled days.
Proceed into the kitchen and the apartment details continue to please. It has been totally remodeled and decorated with halogen lighting. The kitchen is small, but offers ample counter top space and most modern appliances needed to make your stay comfortable. The cozy living room has a short modern sofa and is comfortable for lounging or napping during the day. Enhancing the room’s size are the wood-like ceramic tiles that shine and feel cool to the touch.
Property is equipped with security a system that include cameras and motion sensors. We also provide a TV over 100 channels, standard DVD player, and free high-speed Internet access so you can catch up on your emails.
The location is unmatched; and many of your entertainment and vacation needs are a short walk away.

We had an amazing time in Belize, this was our second trip , and let me just say so far it was the best . Our host Urban was great , very professional, helpful and nice.. I could go on and on .. Guess you would have to visit Belize and stay at on of urban's rental .. We had no complaints ... We were Walking distance to great restaurants .. Especially saffron on the sea shore .. Urban's property is very safe and clean ... We will definitely come back and we highly recommend Mr urban ...he was not only a great host but is now a friend Keep up the good workRecommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our host, Urban, was to say the least, Outstanding!! We were very lucky that he was in the country during our stay. He asked us to make a "bucket" list of things we wanted to do and see, and made it happen for us - zip lining, cave tubing, the beach, and the zoo. The photos show a cute studio condo, but you need to be there to feel the wonderful warm Caribbean breezes blowing through. It is walking distance to the local grocery, a great Chinese restaurant and a tour of the locally made Traveler's rum. We highly recommend this property for your visit to Belize, the neighborhood is safe with the Cuban Embassy two doors down and the Belizean Prime Minister just the next block over. We will stay here again!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
