Enjoy beautiful decor in this 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1800 square foot Eastham Vacation home which is located just under 1 mile to Kingsbury Beach and just under 1 mile to Great Pond. This home has many desirable amenities including CENTRAL A/C, WIFI INTERNET, House Phone for local calls, an OUTDOOR-ENCLOSED SHOWER, and MUCH MORE.
When you enter the first floor you'll find a spacious open living room and wonderful kitchen which is fully equipped dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, lobster pot, electric range, and icemaker. Also on the first floor is the main bedroom with a King Size bed and a second bedroom with Queen Size bed. Off of the hall is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. On the second floor you will find two LARGE bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen Size bed and a futon sofa and the 4th bedroom has 4 twin size beds. The second floor of this home also includes a full bathroom with a shower. There are 2 TV's; one in living room and one in 2nd floor bedroom. There are also 2 DVD players and 5 ceiling fans in this home.
Outside you will find a deck with picnic table for dining and relaxing, and a gas grill. Also outside is a backyard with plenty of room to have outdoor fun and an enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water.
