We reserved the house for a 2 weeks period for a family (2+2) vacation. We found the house beautiful, clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The owner was most accomodating and our intended 2 weeks stay was extended to 3 weeks with pleasure. Zichron Yaakov is a amazing , plenty of activities in the area to take the kids to (although I personally preferred the amazing beaches) lots of good restaurants and even some live music pubs. Definitely coming back.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.

My husband and I rented this charming house for one week. We were accompanied by our two young-adult children. This is a lovely home with a wonderful view of the sunset each night over the Mediterranean Sea. The house is exactly as depicted in the photos and both the owner and her local liaison were responsive and very friendly. The house has a brand new walk-in shower and is comfortably furnished. We especially enjoyed the garden. We hope to have the opportunity to return again in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

A fifteen minute walk from the heart of Zichron Yaakov, two blocks from the edge of one of Carmel Mountain's beautiful nature preserves, and ten minutes from perhaps the best French Bakery / cafe in the country (run by a Russian from Novosibirsk, so they also know how to make serious bread) sits this lovely house in which we immediately felt at home. With two small jetlag disynchronized children and family members who like to hang out, the very large common space (kitchen, dining room, living room, foyer with upright piano) and 3 bedrooms, large bath and second WC, plus wrap around garden accessible through french doors off the living room and a back door off the utility room with washer-drier meant many places to go together or in pairs to have time together or apart and pleasant cross-ventilation. I really enjoyed my stay. This house is in a beautiful part of Israel and would stay there again if the opportunity arose.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My partner and I came originally for 3 weeks but ended up staying 5 weeks. the house is was immaculately clean and welcoming. we couldn’t get enough of the well established garden that surrounds the house which has a natural feel to it that is really magical. We have been to Israel many times and found the beautiful small town of Zichron-Yaakov a great place to relax and enjoy the best Israel has to offer. We made sure we come back to the house before sunset to sit in the garden and watch the amazing colors over the sea. Definitely coming back.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I really enjoyed my holiday in Israel. The house, the town of Zichron and its ideal location, are a winning combination. The house is bright and spacious, and unlike most rental properties, it has lovely quality furniture and lots of character. The well-kept garden is a real bonus. Zichron-Ya'akov is an attractive and historic town with a wine making tradition. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it has many good coffee shops, arts and crafts, and a lovely pedestrian main street. “We had a great time in Zichron Yaacov. The house is very comfortable, bright, clean and organized. Zichron is beautiful, a quaint little town, very picturesque. It’s location is perfect, we did day trips to the Galilee, Haifa, Tel Aviv, Caesarea, or sometimes we just relaxed in the beautiful beaches nearby.
