  This condo was very well equipped and the pictures are accurate. There is everything you could possibly want provided including beach towels, umbrella, hair dryer, etc. The owners were extremely responsive. The complex, though large, provides a very homey feel. Every evening provides a different spectacular sunset. The beach is like talcum powder under your feet. We love Siesta Key and would definitely recommend this condo.

  The rental was just as clean and beautiful as shown in the video. The owner contacted us the following day to ask if we had any questions or needs. We have been to Siesta Keys 5 years in a row but had to drive 6 miles to get to the beach. With this property it was just a nice little walk through the garden to our favorite vacation spot,Siesta Keys Beach.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Clean condo, well maintained grounds, 3 pools , and Great Beach; what else is there? Scott was easy to work with. We will definetaly be back.

  Our family just enjoyed a wonderful stay at Jamaica Royale. The beach was so close and the water so beautiful. Loved the patio and green space for the kids to run around. The pools were warm and sparsely crowded. The condo was so clean and packed with necessities! Recommend 100%

  The picture is very deceptive. I expected to be in the tower but, was very very dissappointed to learn we were in what is considered a villa vs the tower. So, the picture needs to be updated. The actual villa was about 500 steps to the beach and about 10 steps to the heated pool. The condo/villa was very clean and nice. The village is about 2 miles away, an easy drive, not much parking but, they do have several free modes of transportation. They only require a tip. There is plenty of shopping and places to eat. So, all in all I would go back to the villa/condo and recommend it to friends.

  Owner response: We want everyone to have a five star experience with us. This is the first time we have not received a five star rating and we feel you could have had a better experience. We offer a virtual tour before anyone books with us. The tour shows the view that people see from our condo. We have the tropical garden view, but not a ocean view. The agreement you signed clearly states this. We feel that the picture that shows the pool and beach access is a good representation of what you will enjoy at Jamaica Royale. We hope that when you come back that you will stay with us again (to stay in the towers would cost an additional $500-$1000 above the rate you paid). We are glad that you would recommend us to friends. Thanks for staying with us.

  My husband & I just returned from a week at this condo. It is very close to the pool and the beautiful white sandy beach. The kitchen was nicely equipped with utensils to cook on and eat on the patio since we loved grilling on the outdoor grills provided at the complex. Everyone at the resort was very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of beach chairs at the beach and beach towels in the condo. The condo was even within walking distance of "The Village" We had a great time and hope to return next year! :)

  We had a great week in Siesta Key. Jamaica Royale is along the best stretch of beach! We found lots of sand dollars along the sand bar near the public beach. The pools were very nice - clean and heated to a perfect temperature. It is pretty quiet here in January, mostly retired couples. The grill was very big, and great for burgers. We played shuffleboard while our burgers were cooking. The condo was perfect for the two of us. Huge kingsize bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We rented 7-speed bikes from Siesta Key Bike and Kayak and never needed our car until we left for the airport. Best vacation ever!

  The unit we stayed in was very nice! Couldn't have asked for anything more pleasant and cheerful! Everything was provided that we needed. The pool was right out our patio door. And it was very clean and the right temperature. The walk to the beach was not far at all. Would definitely come back and stay here again! We had a wonderful week!
