Siesta Key is Heaven on Earth

This condo was very well equipped and the pictures are accurate. There is everything you could possibly want provided including beach towels, umbrella, hair dryer, etc. The owners were extremely responsive. The complex, though large, provides a very homey feel. Every evening provides a different spectacular sunset. The beach is like talcum powder under your feet. We love Siesta Key and would definitely recommend this condo.

The rental was just as clean and beautiful as shown in the video. The owner contacted us the following day to ask if we had any questions or needs. We have been to Siesta Keys 5 years in a row but had to drive 6 miles to get to the beach. With this property it was just a nice little walk through the garden to our favorite vacation spot,Siesta Keys Beach.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Clean condo, well maintained grounds, 3 pools , and Great Beach; what else is there? Scott was easy to work with. We will definetaly be back.

Our family just enjoyed a wonderful stay at Jamaica Royale. The beach was so close and the water so beautiful. Loved the patio and green space for the kids to run around. The pools were warm and sparsely crowded. The condo was so clean and packed with necessities! Recommend 100%

My recent vacation at Jamaca Royale

The picture is very deceptive. I expected to be in the tower but, was very very dissappointed to learn we were in what is considered a villa vs the tower. So, the picture needs to be updated. The actual villa was about 500 steps to the beach and about 10 steps to the heated pool. The condo/villa was very clean and nice. The village is about 2 miles away, an easy drive, not much parking but, they do have several free modes of transportation. They only require a tip. There is plenty of shopping and places to eat. So, all in all I would go back to the villa/condo and recommend it to friends.

Owner response: We want everyone to have a five star experience with us. This is the first time we have not received a five star rating and we feel you could have had a better experience. We offer a virtual tour before anyone books with us. The tour shows the view that people see from our condo. We have the tropical garden view, but not a ocean view. The agreement you signed clearly states this. We feel that the picture that shows the pool and beach access is a good representation of what you will enjoy at Jamaica Royale. We hope that when you come back that you will stay with us again (to stay in the towers would cost an additional $500-$1000 above the rate you paid). We are glad that you would recommend us to friends. Thanks for staying with us.

Lovely Condo!

My husband & I just returned from a week at this condo. It is very close to the pool and the beautiful white sandy beach. The kitchen was nicely equipped with utensils to cook on and eat on the patio since we loved grilling on the outdoor grills provided at the complex. Everyone at the resort was very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of beach chairs at the beach and beach towels in the condo. The condo was even within walking distance of "The Village" We had a great time and hope to return next year! :)

Great condo on the best beach!

We had a great week in Siesta Key. Jamaica Royale is along the best stretch of beach! We found lots of sand dollars along the sand bar near the public beach. The pools were very nice - clean and heated to a perfect temperature. It is pretty quiet here in January, mostly retired couples. The grill was very big, and great for burgers. We played shuffleboard while our burgers were cooking. The condo was perfect for the two of us. Huge kingsize bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We rented 7-speed bikes from Siesta Key Bike and Kayak and never needed our car until we left for the airport. Best vacation ever!

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

The unit we stayed in was very nice! Couldn't have asked for anything more pleasant and cheerful! Everything was provided that we needed. The pool was right out our patio door. And it was very clean and the right temperature. The walk to the beach was not far at all. Would definitely come back and stay here again! We had a wonderful week!

My boyfriend and I just spent last week at this gorgeous condo! Everything that is described on this website is exactly how we found this condo. Very clean and has everything that you need as if you were living there. The bed was very comfortable and everything looked brand new. Owners are very nice to deal with. Checking in and out was a complete breeze.This place is great for anyone to stay. Short walk to the most beautiful private beach. The 3 pools are pristine and water temp was just right. The landscaping was gorgeous! We had plans to eat dinner out most nights but because we loved the condo so much, we ate almost all of our meals there. It was very relaxing and we met a lot of nice people. We did go jet skiing in the gulf one day which was great. There is so much to do and many restaurants to eat at. I can't say enough about this place!! We are definately coming back and would love our family and friends to join us. Thanks Scott & Darla!!!!

We had a great time. The condo is beautiful - Pictures do not do it justice. A great location- close to alot of things to venture to . We hit the dog tracks ,casino, pool, beach and shopping. We will come back for sure. Owners are very pleasant to deal with. We arrived and the DVD player was not there, so I emailed owner and when we returned that night. It was at the door. How is that for customer service?: I can't say enough about the entire vacation. We loved it !!!! Thanks again !!!

My wife and I spent our one-year anniversary at the Jamaica Royale. It was wonderful. While the facility has all of the modern amenities, the whole place has that "old Florida" look -- quaint, charming, and a wonderfully nostalgic. The grounds were kept in pristine fashion. The pools were clean and a pleasure to spend time at. The unit was immaculate, and furnished tastefully – modern furniture and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Unlike the typical “beach style” furniture, the unit had couches and chairs that I would have in my own home. It’s nice that you can park directly in front of your unit, beneath a cover. This helps keep the car cool, and conveniently located. The walk to the beach is about 300 hundred yards, give or take a bit, but if that sounds like a long distance, you’ll find the stroll through the beautifully landscaped property to be an absolute pleasure. The grill that was located near our unit was top-notched! I’d love to have that one on my own deck! Throughout the entire process – from booking the stay through checkout, Scott, the gentleman who coordinated everything with us, was as kind and helpful as you could hope for. Our stay was relaxing, fun, and regenerating. I absolutely suggest you stay at the Jamaica Royale.

My husband and I just spent one week at your wonderful condo- we hated to leave! The unit was clean and updated. The furniture and decorations were lovely and very tasteful, the kitchen was well stocked with very nice dishes and necessary appliances, the bathroom was clean, had plenty of clean linens, and was recently updated - loved the shower! The beautiful bedroom had a very comfortable king bed & clean bedding, The resort was clean, and quiet - a very peaceful setting. We swam in the pool right next to the condo many times - it was also very clean. We used the laundry facilities which was close by, clean and always had available machines. Siesta beach was really beautiful and there were plenty of reclining beach chairs for use. We had a great time watching the sunsets and walking the white sand beach twice per day and relaxing in the sun. This condo is just minutes from Siesta Key Village and numerous restaurants, shopping malls, etc.. Fabulous area that we keep coming back to over and over. The property owner was honest, efficient, and always available by phone or email. We would highly recommend this to our family and friends and plan to come back again! This unit exceeded our expectations! It was immaculate, has new decor, and felt like home minutes after arriving. The linens were top of the line, everything was in great condition, and the furniture was comfortable. Having once been a resident of Florida, I know beaches- this is the best location ever! The sunsets are amazing. The pools are well kept and you can see the ocean while in the pool. A downtown area just down the road has great shops, ice cream, breakfast, and dinner locations.We rented wave runners just from blocks away, kayaked the mangroves, and explored other beach cities. The covered parking is just feet from the front door of the unit- making an easy in and out. Jamaica Royal is super easy to find from the interstate too. We will definitely be back to this unit- it has to be one of the nicest in the entire resort- an incredible value!
