This property is located right next to Lift 7. Its perfect for getting a jump on the ski crowds. Resturants, grocery stores, and other shopping all within a short walking distance. It also sits right on the creek trail that is great for getting out on in the early morning. The owner was helpful with recommendations and made the renting process very easy. The property has all the essentials to cook and enjoy your time in Telluride. Super deal and we will be back again! Forgot to mention the property is pet friendly. The dogs have a big play area next to the lift great for morning and evening walks and fun.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This condo was a perfect find for the two of us who enjoy walking and biking everywhere once we unpack our bags. This bright, roomy one bedroom condo was a joy to spend a few hours relaxing between hikes which start right outside the condo door. We will return to this clean well equiped condo in the future.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

the condo is well maintained and very conveniently located at the base of the ski mountain. it is any easy walk along the river trail to all the attractions in town. The hot tub is right across from the unit. it was a treat to stay there. the owner was really easy to work with and was quite accommodating.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Traveling with my friend and her son, we found this rental to be perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. We were able to make omelets on the hot plates, grilled delicious meals on the outside grill and made sandwiches each day before hiking. The hot tub was clean and just a few steps away and felt so great after the long hikes! Regarding its location, the 5 minute leisurely stroll to the center of town was enhanced by the creekside path. We never used our car to do anything in the town because restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. I recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy all of what Telluride has to offer but not pay Telluride prices.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I was thrilled to find this place. It's entirely affordable and the owner let us book at the last minute. It's very quiet and convenient. My wife and I slept in the bedroom and our two kids on the pull out sofas in the living room. We hot tubbed, BBQ'd, hiked, biked and cruised all over town on foot and on the free Galloping Goose loop bus! We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I found this great rental on a last minute decision to go to Telluride. It is a very comfortable and clean unit and the price was right--as Telluride accommodations can be very spendy. It was an ideal location for the two of us. Once we arrived, we never drove our vehicle until it we left. Everything is in walking distance. Each day after we accomplished all of the in and around town, we would stop by a restaurant and get take out and grab a bottle of wine at the near by liquor store, which is all very close. In addition, the owner is great and very accommodating, since she is a long time Telluride local and gave us sound advise on where to dine and fun activities to do. When we return for ski season, we will definitely rent this unit again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I remain truly baffled by this review. The guest who wrote it made her reservation with the prior owner of my condo, not me, the new owner. In response, I wish this guest had just called me during her stay. We were in rapid communication right up to then. I am only a few blocks away and could have shown the guest how to operate the combo lock on the door properly...the guest deactivated it, shown her where the sheets are kept ... extra sets of fresh linens are in the dresser drawers at all times, arranged an extra cleaning if appropriate and delivered fresh towels. This property is in Town, a quiet part of Town, but in Town nevertheless, at the bottom of the a lift, along the San Miguel River and adjacent to open space. Anyone who does not want to walk 6 blocks to the commercial core can hop on the free bus that runs by the complex every 15 minutes. I suppose the other alternative is to book a place in the core, for three times as much, and hope to sleep through the noise. I should note a few more items, the kitchenette is entirely suitable for preparing simple meals and hosts a roomy granite bar, the property is professionally cleaned immediately prior to every arrival, and I have asked the complex manager to service or replace the driers, which are less than thirty feet from my unit.Did you find this review helpful? I would like to point out from the get-go that the owner of this property was great to work with as far as answering questions and returning emails promptly. With that being said, I was pretty disappointed upon my arrival. While the location description was accurate, I was (for whatever reason) was under the impression that it was a little more in-town than it actually is. If you want to be in the center of things, this is not the place for you. If, however, you are looking for a place that is close to town, but not in town, this location would be it. The biggest deal for us was that the door didn't lock... at all. You could "lock" it, but then, with a little shove, it would open right up. So, the entire 5 days we were there, we had no choice but to leave all of our things inside, with no security. Although the property is animal friendly, I expected the property to be clean of evidence of animals, which it was absolutely not. There was (I'm guessing) dog hair everywhere. Linens for the master bedroom were on the bed, but they are not there for the pullout couch bed. The property lists that there is a washer and dryer; this was a big bonus for us considering there were 4 adults traveling halfway across the country with limited clothes. Not only are the washer and dryer not in the unit, they are not in the building, but across the breezeway. This is all fine and dandy, except they are coin operated, and the dryers are broken and only eat your quarters. Also keep in mind there is no laundry soap, so you need to bring your own. The refrigerator is dorm room sized (small) and can only fit so much food. The kitchen is NOT suitable to cook for the approved 5 people for the condo. Maybe 2, if you get creative, like I had to, you can use the BBQ out in the common breezeway area. I would love to be able to recommend this property to others, especially because the owner was so easy to work with, but I would personally not stay there again, so I wont recommend it to people.Did you find this review helpful? Booked a last minute hiking trip to the Telluride area Memorial Day Weekend. Found this cute rental at the top of the list. Perfect location, close to all restaurants and hiking trails. We kept our car parked for 5 days- never got in it. Great place! Plenty of room for 3 adults and one-dog. Property owner very easy to work with! Highly recommend these accomadations!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.
