This lower level three bedroom, three bath unit is like new. Each suite is self-contained with its own bedroom, bathroom, deck, TV, gas fireplace, coffee maker, refrigerator, thermostat, ironing board, safe, etc. Each suite has a 'lock-off' feature and separate entrance allowing privacy if desired. There is a full kitchen in the main suite/common area with a gas barbeque on the covered deck.
We provide guests with unlimited long distance and wireless internet in the unit.
Legacy Villas is a luxury community located adjacent to the the 5 star La Quinta Resort. At Legacy Villas, there are 9 salt water swimming pools to choose from in addition to a main pool that features private cabanas, water squirting turtles, a shallow, sloping kid pool, a separate adult pool, a full service restaurant and free Wi-Fi. The gardens, fountains, lighting and pools are maintained so the place feels like a small paradise nestled into the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains.
There is a beautiful gym with state of the art exercise equipment at the main clubhouse available for guest use at no charge.
Guests are welcome to walk (or ride) next door to the Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort for shopping, restaurants, tennis court rental, golf, and day spa. Downtown La Quinta is only 2 miles away with quaint shops, restaurants, shopping and a number of top notch public facilities such as Silver Rock Golf Course. There are newly renovated tennis courts available to the public as well as a skateboard park and nature trails.
Legacy Villas is very close to other attractions such as the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Polo Club (home of the Coachella Music Festival), and dozens of first class golf courses open to the public (such as PGA West and Indian Wells). There are dozens of great restaurants nearby to choose from and we provide a list of our favorites to guests. It takes about 30 minutes to get to/from the Palm Springs Airport.

We had a great stay. The pools are great. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Will definietly return.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Loved the set up! Loved the space, loved the location, loved the many pool choices, loved the plush landscaping and walking paths, and especially loved the warm sun and the friendly people!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

I rented this condo for a girls weekend and it was perfect. The condo was very clean and well maintained, had everything we needed and was in a great location (right across from a pool). The owner was super easy to work with and everything was a breeze. It was perfect for our girls weekend but would also be great for a family. I highly recommend staying at Legacy Villas. This condo complex is beautiful, quiet, close to La Quinta Inn and a quick drive to local restaurants and shops. Loved it and can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: My wife and I live in the Seattle area and love to get away to the sunshine in La Quinta several times a year with our son and daughter, as well as with friends and family. We hope you enjoy our place as much as we do when in town.
Why the Owner Chose Legacy Villas:
This particular unit is private, yet placed footsteps between two great satellite pools. There is a large side lawn next to our unit which is ideal for kids to play. The unit is centrally located within Legacy Villas giving a feel of privacy and seclusion from the outside world. There is an ice machine at the pool across the street from our unit, so you never have to go to the store for ice or rely on the fridge. We love the view of the Mountains from the kitchen and main deck, the proximity of fountains, as well as the ease of getting in and out of the lower unit.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Each bedroom suite has its own iron, ironing board, television, thermostat, deck, and full bathroom. Each suite can be 'locked off' for privacy or opened up to provide a contiguous 1700 sf floor plan. The well equipped kitchen and living room have a nice view of the mountains. There are four televisions and two jetted tubs in the unit.
