This beautiful log cabin is 1 year old. Each room is decorated to make you feel at home. We have 4 large bedrooms, which include two master suites. One suite includes our designer wood treatment. A king size bed, master bath with jetted tub, separate shower room.. Walk in closet. This suite has a flat screen TV framed by wood from downtown Truckee which is over 100 yrs old. It also has a covered deck.
The second suite is called our Americana log suite. Two beds...1 king size, 1 queen size log bed . This suite has a large shower in bath. This room also has an over-stuffed chair. There is also a gas stove. Off this room is a large private covered deck. We have two additional bedrooms with queen beds and they are close to the other full bathroom. In this bathroom we have a tub with shower. We have a full laundry room for your use.
On the top floor we have our beautiful gourmet kitchen with rustic granite, distressed hickory cabinets, stainless steel Bertazzoni 6 burner stove, stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator. A very large island and bar in center makes room for all. This room also has a kitchen nook. Off the kitchen is the dining room and across from this is the large family room and near this is the game area. This large area is 28' by 40'. So much room for so much fun and so many people. The family room has a flat screen TV with DVD player. This TV is also framed by the 100 yr old wood from downtown Truckee. We have a wood burning stove for the great look of that fire you want. We provide all the firewood. Off the front of this room is a covered deck which has a large barbeque and off the back of the house is a full uncovered deck.
Our house is on the upper side of the street and we have a large two car garage for your use. We have snow removal that comes when it storms to blow the snow off the driveway. You must shovel stairs and any snow build-up at the garage door or on the wood pile on the upper deck? We are on the high side and are 7500 ft. 4 wheel drive a necessity.
