Thank you so much, Alex. your condo is beautiful, the view is exceptional and the experience uncomparable. We loved having everything within walking distance (great restaurants, shopping, entertainment). We rented a car so the secure parking was a bonus. We highly recommend your condo to anyone going to Cancun. The condo staff were always pleasant and helpful and the condo itself is beautiful. We enjoyed the fact that the beach is somewhat secluded so even on windy days, the water was calm. We are already planning for next year! just wanted to thank you for letting us use your wonderful condominium. the staff at punta cancun make you feel very warm and secure. The pools are great, and the residents that live there full time are very nice too. Pool was never crowded, and the overall experience is 5 star. The condo is close to everything!!!! Look forward to booking again in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway.
