Casa Milagro is a prestigious luxury villa located in just a few hundred meters south of central Tamarindo – and just back from the beach. This exceptional home features 3 bedrooms and 3 baths as well as an additional bedroom and bathroom over the garage. The main feature of Casa Milagro is the large open courtyard beautifully done with flagstone tile and gardens, pool, lounge area, BBQ, and covered outdoor dining.
The house is a modified “L" shape and opens to the courtyard. On one leg of the “L" are two spacious bedrooms that have direct access to the pool area. Each bedroom has it’s own bath and shower – featuring ornate tile and stonework, with indoor garden.
The other leg of the “L" is the main house. Downstairs you’ll find the kitchen, fully equipped with high-end modern appliances and granite counter tops. A serving window conveniently opens to the out door dining area. The elegant spacious living/dining area is perfect for entertaining. The dining room table overlooks the pool area. With its high ceilings, large comfortable furniture and entertainment center, the living area is a perfect place to just relax. Upstairs is the enormous master bedroom and bath with separate massage room. There are two private balconies with ocean views off the bedroom and a separate massage room. The large master bath is stunning with a large tub, stone sinks, wood cabinetry, tile and stone floors.
A private path leads you a short 150 yards to Tamarindo Beach – the perfect location for sunbathing and swimming. From the beach, it’s another short 200 yard walk to the center of town. Casa Milagro will sleep up to 8 with a king, 2 queens, and two single beds. High walls enclose the property and a motorized gate and intercom provide security and privacy.
