This house is beautiful. For a party of 8 adults, there was plenty of room. We had such a great time. Roberta was so helpful and just a wonderful person. The house was clean and came with everything we needed to accommodate our stay. The house is located in a nice area, near restaurants, shops and a casino. The pool was great, everything was just perfect. Thanks again for having us.

Our two families were skeptical to book a holiday rental online, but after careful research of various properties, we set our mind on this property which suited our needs for 4 young kids as well as adults. Having a private pool and the outdoor patio lanai was a deciding factor in our final decision. The pictures that Roberta shared with us were true to form. Everything that we saw and or were told about ahead of time was accurate. The property was clean, well laid out and we had ample space for both families with young children. We loved the amount of bathrooms and showers as well as the gourmet kitchen appliances. We would definitely recommend this property to other families and found Roberta to be more than helpful and accommodating. Thank you for a great holiday getaway, we all had a super time!

Ein wirklich geräumiges und luxuriöses Haus

Die Angaben vom Vermieter stimmten zu 100%, so dass wir sehr angenehme und entspannte Ferien verbringen konnten. Sehr positiv war, dass die Küche komplett ausgestattet war und auch reichlich Geschirr vorhanden war. Super war die große, überdachte Terrasse, so dass man auch bei Regen gut draussen sitzen konnte. Der "Medienraum" war perfekt ausgestattet, sogar ein PC mit Internetzugang incl. Drucker war vorhanden. Handtücher und sämtliche Küchen- und Badartikel, sowie Waschmittel usw. waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die gesamte Abwicklung und Betreuung während, sowie vor und nach unserem Aufenthalt war sehr unkompliziert. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Roberta!

Luxury in Fort Lauderdale

We are a pretty big family from Norway, who wanted to rent a big and nice house in Fort Lauderdale. When we saw the ad, we had pretty big expectations, and the house really fulfilled. The house is big and luxurious, with everything you need. The pool and gardenarea are very nice, and we spent alot of time, both during day and evening. Roberta was very helpfull with all the questions we had. So we can higly recommend this house!

We are 6 french friends and we have decided to go to Miami. This property is beautiful and very functional. The swimming pool is very good if you don't go to the beach.The real asset of this house is the (big) kitchen. It's ideal for friends or family with children: each has his own space and everybody can find himself for friendly moments. We like that and we recommend this house with pleasure.

Wonderful home perfectly agenced and designed. The rooms are perfect, the kitchen is exceptional and the garden is perfect too. The property clean was perfect We were 6 adults persons and the house was just magic. Everything was made in a wonderful setting for us to spent a wonderful trip in Florida. Many excursions suggestions were prepared by the owner who welcome us at home when we arrived. The owner is an very very nice person and she gave us a lot of very good advices. If I had just one word to describe the house and the host it will be : PERFECT. To be recommended.

Memorial Day week rental

This home is exactly as described and more! My friends and I (total of 5 guys) stayed at this home the week leading into the Memorial Day weekend and we truly enjoyed our stay!! Ms. Roberta met us upon our arrival and explained all of the features of the house. Additionally, there are little notes and signs throughout the house that tell you what the various switches or knobs control. The home is fully equipped with everything you would ever need. The hidden gem in the house is the master bathroom! Beautiful tile work throughout and the shower area has dual heads, a steamer with seating for at least 6 people, and a Japanese spa tub. Everyone wanted to take a bath in there!! Ms. Roberta made herself available if we had any questions and even called back to check to see if we needed anything. We had car trouble and her husband made himself available in procuring automotive service. We took full advantage of the home and had a blast just relaxing by the pool or watching the playoff games on the big screen television. We definitely enjoyed our vacation in this home and look forward to renting this home again!

. This property is in a safe community. The home was clean and well-maintained. Perfect for families. Large kitchen with all the amenties. The owner lives close by and was available for any questions via phone or in person if needed. Location of home is close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The pool was beautiful.

We (4 adults) just stayed here the past weekend and it was a blast! Everything you needed was right at your finger tips, I couldnt ask for a more organized place. Everything was clean and ready for us on our arrival date. The pictures show you what you get and the place is exactly as pictured. Roberta was very acclimating to make sure our visit was a success!! The house is very private because the property is surrounded by trees making it very quiet all the times. Even though the place is quiet and on the golf course, everything is still a quick drive to get to. I had absolutely no problems and would stay again!!

This incredible home was central to all attractions, restaurants, shops, sports, etc. With a beautifully stocked kitchen and plenty of space for everyone. It was immaculate, kid friendly and great for extended families travelling together. We stayed with 6 adults and two young children - everyone had ample space and the pool was fantastic.

PERFECT HOME AWAY FROM HOME

This was our first stay in a rental property, and it was everything we could have wished for and more. The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood but close to all amenities. Perfect for trips to the mall, nearby Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton. The house was very well maintained , clean and had everything we could possibly have wanted or needed, in fact it hindered our sightseeing because we didn't want to leave it most days!!!.The pictures on the website are a very accurate reflection of the house. One of our party was in a wheelchair but was able to get around the house easily.Roberta was lovely to deal with and even allowed us a late checkout because of our flight times.All in all i could not recommend this house highly enough.Thank you.

This was our first holidays spent in a rented villa. We are typically going to 4 to 5 star hotels in Europe. We completely loved this trip. The house is very smart. The location is quiet and felt really safe. The house is well designed, executed and appointed. We are quite demanding family used to high living standards and we have not missed a thing. There is good wifi all through the house, so catching up with the office is easy and convenient. The pool and patio makes for great al fresco breakfasts or just relaxing and enjoying the warm weather. It is an easy trip to very nice and rather clean beach. Equally easy is the trip to the shopping Mecca of Sawgrass Mills – highly recommended! We have not done any golfing but there are several courses and tennis courts just a few steps from the house. Big compliment to the owner – Roberta, who is very nice and very efficient when dealing with any demands you may possibly have. All in all, would recommend this great house to anybody wanting to slow down a bit and just spend some time in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere of south Florida which this house seems to convey so nicely.

Holiday in Pompano Beach

My familiy (6 persons) and i stayed in this house for 2 weeks during summer vacations. The house fullfield all our expectations and more. The bedrooms, kitchen, living-room and terasse were big and had enough space for everyone of us. The neighberhoud was quiet and friendly with trees, lawn and little ponds. There were supermarkets, drugstores, fastfood-restaurants and lots more to reach in about 10 minutes. We would recommend this house to our familiy and friends. Heinz 1954 from Switzerland

Wonderful place to enjoy holidays in Florida

We spent one fabulous week in this beautiful house in Pompano Beach. It's a really great villa and we, especially our little daughter (who is almost 3 years old), enjoyed our stay there. The location, the pool and the surroundings are wonderful. The house is in perfect conditions, everything you could need during your stay is available like at home (even more). As you arrive you feel immediately comfortable. Our rental contact even prepared special items for our daughter: child seat, stroller & pool alarm. I recommend this property to all people who want to spend relaxing, lustful or family holidays in Florida. All kind of stores are in the neighborhood, but I would advise to rent a car to be more comfortable. The property is located in the middle of everything: not far away from outlets stores, mall centers and very close to Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton or Palm Beach (by car of course). If we decide to come back to Florida for other holidays, we will sure come back to this place, as we enjoyed it so much!

If you are looking to spend a week in complete peace nestled in your own luxury private compound- this home is for you. Our group had a great time in the home enjoying the pool, excellent indoor and outdoor dining areas, and the master spa with steam room and jacuzzi was a great treat. The hosts are outstanding as well- everything you need is close by, but you are still far enough away that it feels like a private oasis.

Holidays in paradise

Me and my family (3 adults, three children (14,15, 18) had a great time in Pompano Beach. The house is marvellous and we really couldn´t make any suggestions for possible improvements when we left. Roberta is always there and her tips are great. We are renting houses each summer but this was the first house where nothing was missing. We didn´t have to waste precious holiday time to buy detergents, spices, etc. But even candles are there and more than enough towels. We enjoyed the patio (great furniture), the pool (clean), did nice barbecues and more cooking as we planned as the kitchen is so great. The rooms and closets are very clean with new furniture. The house is in nice and quiet neighbourhood, there is no traffic at all. There is lots to do and see around Fort Lauderdale, you will find your way around very easily. A Publix and a Walmart are close to the house and shopping in the Aventura Mall or Sawgrass is fun. The children enjoyed the big TV and it was really great to have a computer (and printer!) in the house. There is only a short drive to the wonderful Fort Lauderdale Beaches and there are enough parking spots there even on Sundays. We certainly will be back! Ursula

We arrived Pompona 3050 Estate Drive with high expectations based on the pictures we had seen on the internet, but what met us exceeded all expectations. The house is equipped with state of the art kitchen equipment, full equipped mediarom, swimming pool, a large outdoor area by the swimming pool which had several relaxation areas, and was perfect for a relaxing holiday. The bedrooms are large with associated bathroom and gives a feeling of having a private area and retreat to if one is more traveling together. The house is located in a quiet area with golfing opportunities for those interested in this, it is also a good starting point for all other trips he chooses to take, but it is necessary to have a vehicle to exploit the full potential of this hidden gem of a holiday house. House owner took us in at an exceptional manner and was very accommodating and pleasant, we had a thorough and fine review of the required features of the house that was necessary to be able to enjoy the 14 days we had in the house. We can recommend all who are wondering whether to rent this house, do it. We were two families who rented the house together and it was perfect for two families. My family rented this house for vacation, and it was by far the best rental we've ever had. Everything you could possibly need was there, and we loved the pool and outdoor seating area. We will definitely be back!

Trip to Ft. Lauderdale

We had a great time in South Florida. The house was great. Everything was as we expected it to be. It was very spacious and had many seperate visiting areas for people who wanted space from time to time. Having all of the bathrooms was wonderful, especially the master bath. The pool provided an area of shade for people who don't want to be in the sun all day, but could still enjoy it. The ceiling fans outside were wonderful and kept the air moving on the porch, so it was always nice. We did get some mosquito bites, so really use the bug spray. My younger son loved the media room, as he is a video game guy. The kitched is GREAT. I think we all gained 5 pounds. But isn't that what vacations are for? Access to the grocery stores, and amenites was great. It was very clean and maintained. Roberta made herself available if we needed anything. We went to Ft. Lauderdale beach which was about 20 minutes or so away, so I don't know what the beach was like that was close to the house. We only went to the beach one day though, I was fine right at the house by the pool. If there was anything I would have done different it would have to be I should have taken another week off and stayed longer. I honestly can't think of anything that would have made our experience there better. We had a great time and loved it and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

May Vacation

This property was FANTASTIC!!!!! It was exactly how it was described in the ad. Roberta was great and was more than accomodating to my husband and me. We loved it so much that we are already planning our return for next year and we are forwarding Roberta's info on to friends who visit the area. There was a great deal of privacy with the pool area, an added plus!! Although it was just my husband and me, there was enough room to comfortably accomodate 8 people in the house. The furnishings were beautiful and current. The neighborhood was very safe (in the middle of Palm Aire Country Club), which is something we always look for. We noticed there were security vehicles routinely patroling the area. The property was positioned about a 3/4 to 1 mile from I95, making it very convenient if you wanted to travel the interstate. I would recommend renting a car.

This house offered everything we needed to make our vacation special. It was great for the children and offered the room to entertain while we were there. The setting was quietand just secluded enough to make it feel special. This is a special spot and the owner made our stay special. This house was just fabulous! From my very first contact with the owner, Roberta, to the return of my deposit after the holiday, the whole experience was smooth, efficient and trouble free. The house was so clean with everything you could possibly need to hand, a real home from home. Even the cupboards were stocked, the wash powders and dishwasher powder supplied and more towels than you could ever use! The neighbourhood was quiet and felt very safe. The golf courses were in walking distance, if you like to walk. The house was well positioned for ease of access to everywhere. Cannot think of a negative with this house. My family and I will definitely return in the future.

When we started to look at the internet to find a house to stay for our holiday in Miami, I never thought that we would find such a great house. We went with our three children and my grandchild and it just could not have been better. The accommodation and the grounds, swimming pool, media room ... not to mention the grand piano made for a perfect holiday.... thank you so much...

We had the most fantastic stay here in Estates Drive. Lovely house with all the things we needed. The owner Roberta is fast to answer phones if it's anything thats on your mind. I really fell in love with the kitchen and the outside area. Love to be able to be outside and still be in the shade. We had our 2 year old son with us and it was so comfortable to put him to bed at night and then be able to sit outside with no stress and no noice. The location is also good. Just 10 min to the beach and 20 min to Sawgrass Mill :) I can really recomend this house to anyone who wants to stay her!!

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday May to June 2009 at this fantastic property there were 6 adults and there is so so so much room the house is pure luxury all the way through i would recommed this property to anyone wanting a luxury house with a fantastic pool and very safe area to stay in florida. Great Vacation Home

We left cold wintery New York bound for Pompano two weeks ago. Upon arrival my six year old nephew headed straight for the pool where he swam happily for hours every day. The weather was amazingly gorgeous all week high 80's. The house accommodated all eight of us perfectly! The kitchen is a dream, fully equipped, all new appliances, spacious - we had one gourmet cook-off after the next! The neighbor hood is quiet. The house with dimmer lighting throughout is lovely at night. The piano acoustics were fabulous and completely enjoyed both by our son a pianist and by us his audience. It was truly a hassle free, relaxing, easy travel location. Uniquely special time spent with family - priceless. This house is a gem - Roberta is a wonderful host - We can't wait to go back!

One could not find a more beautiful and accommidating home in all of Florida, For us 8 New England Golfers, we were centrally located to every ammenity, including a cassino and 5 golf courses. Even if you don't golf, it 's a wonderful vacation home for the family. Check out pictures, they don't lie!! We'll be back next year. Thanks again.

Fabulous house!

The photos do not do this house justice! We arrived late at night and the lights were on and the house was very welcoming. It is a gorgeous home with all family rooms leading to the pool and yard (which were alarmed - a great thing considering we were a family of 5 kids). The location was great - close enough to the beach, golf, stores, restaurants and highways. Roberta had told us to just bring a toothbrush and she was right. The house was stocked with lots of towels, shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher powder, paper products, coffee, spices - everything you could possibly need, and more. A true home away from home. And such comfy beds - -zzzz!!!! I honestly miss it already!

We left Quebec City to spent the Holidays at this beautiful house in Pompano beach ! We were 9 persons: 4 adults and 5 children (3, 6, 11, 12 and 15 years old) and we were not walking on each other. The kitchen is huge, the media room well appreciated by children and parents, especially when they get up very early in the morning and the parents are still asleep. they can settle there, listen to what they want without waking up anyone, as the bedrooms are at the other end of the house. The bathrooms are very well equipped and very functional with bath and shower, the lounge is huge and gives access to the outside by the pool. The piano in the living room was also very popular with the children. They played every day. The pool is well maintained and the kids had a lot of fun. This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from the Turnpike and 95. Nearby, you can find a Publix, a Winn Dixie, a Wal-Mart and a pharmacy. This vacation was for my family and also my brother family, a wonderful holiday ! Thanks Roberta you were a very wonderful host !

The perfect house

My family really appreciated staying in this lovely house. We were 3 generations and when we asked Roberta to provide cots and high chairs for the babies everything was in the house when we arrived from England. Roberta had taken the trouble to order a baby bath for rental which we had not asked for, very thoughtful of her. The house, pool and patio were very spacious and perfect for all our needs. There was enough shade on the patio, part of the roof overhangs the patio, for the children to be out all day and ceiling fans to keep them cool. The pool was lovely and we swam every day. The kitchen was amazing and as we like to cook it was pleasure to work in, equipped with everything we could possibly need. The standard was very high right the way throughout the house and I would highly recommend this property. Roberta and Earl were charming and and responded to my emails or phone calls very quickly before we traveled. On arrival they called to see if we had settled in and had left directions to local shops and amenities. This really was the perfect place to holiday with my children and grandchildren. Far better than being in a hotel! We would book to go again when we want to holiday in the States.

We consider ourselves very lucky to have come across this rental property. Everything was perfect from the location to the gracious host and owner Roberta. The house is absolutely gorgeous and kept in pristine condition. It includes all the luxuries of home and more. All 4 bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen a true delight. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. What else could you possibly want? This house is hard to beat. You won't be dissapointed. Can't wait to go back next year.

The pictures on the web site does this home no justice! Although we were very impressed with the pictures, we were even more impressed with the property once we arrived. The spacious bedrooms, beautiful landscaping, media room, high-speed Internet access, chef's kitchen, pool, marble flooring throghout, jacuzzi, steam room, and overall decor made this THE vacation to remember! We've been renting vacation homes for more than 15 years and this was by far the best of them all! We highly recommend this home for anyone who desires a luxurious vacation in a nice quiet neighborhood. Earl and Roberta were both very friendly, down-to-earth, and a pleasure to converse with. Definitely 5 STARS!!!

We spent two weeks at this home in July 2008. It was just perfect! The home was beautiful. It was luxurious and homely at the same time. When we weren't lounging by the pool, there were plenty of places to go near by. The owners were great to deal with. I will definitely look at returning.

We really enjoyed our family stay in June 2008. The new patio / pool furniture arrived the same day we arrived. Can't beat that. When we plan our next family vacation in Florida this will be the place. A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+

An amazing house!! Pictures can never capture how beautiful it is.....(believe me, I tried)....Very quiet neighborhood, very clean living space in and out and safe. Owners were wonderful, attentive, nice people. They will be there if you need anything, they don't just take your money and run (very refreshing when you're traveling). There were too many highlights to mention: beautiful pool, piano, awesome master bathroom, amazing sitting/living room and the list goes on and on. This was a great place for my in-laws from Germany and my immediate family to meet for the first time. Priceless memories in a gorgeous house.

My friends and I were sooooo lucky to have come across this house. It is absolutely beautiful, the pictures do it no justice. The home was immaculant, and the customer service was awesome. My friends and I enjoyed every part of the house, so much so that we got teary eyed just looking at the photos on this website. The house was close to restaurants, shopping etc. Hopefully my friends and I (Holly, Shemaine and Tomeeka) will be able to visit yearly.

We had a great time! Your house is wonderful. We loved your decor and thought it was very spacious and well designed for 4 couples. You have great taste. The pool was perfect, it was wonderful to enjoy the sun, and be able to sit on your nice sofa and chair in the shade. The kitchen was so nice and big that nobody was stepping on each others toes. Close to everything it was fantastic. Very private area, it was the BEST 12 DAYS for all of us. The owners were very helful and very nice. Will be back. From Manon and Rémi ( Dieppe N.B.) I just got home yesterday from a weeklong stay at this house. It was the perfect place to go and relax. It had the comforts of home, with all the class of a 5 star hotel! The Fort Lauderdale beach is a quick 15 minute drive, as is the airport and plenty of restaurants and bars too. The neighborhood is quiet and serene away from all the traffic. It is an absolutely gorgeous home that is obviously well taken care of inside and out. The outside space/pool was the highlight of our vacation. It was wonderful to be able to sit outside and enjoy the sun, but also nice that there was a couch and chairs to cool off and enjoy the shade. I would certainly recommend this to a friend; it would be great for a girl’s getaway (which was what we did), families, and couples. The owners were extremely pleasant and very helpful; we loved this home and cannot wait to come back!!

We spent two months in this fantastic home and didn't want it to end. It's beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Quiet and very private, yet so close shopping, great golf courses and beaches. The kitchen is fantastic, as is the the spa bathroom, as is the backyard/pool area, as is...the list just goes on and on...Let's just say "we loved it!" Terrific value!
