Amazing Apartment!!! Steps Away from the Beach & Restaurants

  I just returned from a 12 night stay in this unit. It was a last minute trip and Daniela was very pleasant and accommodating when making the final arrangements. The place itself is in great shape and has everything you need for a self-catered stay: fully equipped kitchen, plenty of sheets/bath towels, cable, good internet connection and the in suite washer/dryer is a huge bonus. I have been to South Beach many times and is was my favourite location so far. The area is quiet, safe and has a nice community feel to it but it is a comfortable, leisurely walk to everything South Beach has to offer. The beach is 5 minutes away. There are some great restaurants, Equinox Gym, Walgreens and Starbucks all within just a few of blocks and there is a terrific little grocery store directly beside the entrance to the building. I enjoyed my stay at Ocean Place and I plan to return in the near future.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

  Our family had a wonderful stay. The condo was even better than it appeared in the photos: spacious, light-filled, with all amenities. There's a view to the ocean. Security was first-rate, and the condo was immaculate. The ad is an accurate description of the property. Attractions all in walking and/or biking distance: South Point Park; the ocean, of course, right across the street; Art Deco Ocean Drive; Wolfsonian Museum; the New World Symphony, and many many restaurants to choose from. We would return. The owner was available and helpful!

  Our host was very gracious and wonderful to work with on our last-minute vacation. She even put in a small Christmas tree and some chocolates under the tree for us! The condo is very nice, exactly as pictured. Location is great, near to the beach and a few blocks north of the channel that ships sail through. Parking is in an indoor garage - a great bonus for the South Beach area. There is a person on staff 24 hrs/day in the building, which is nice if you need directions, or something. Several very good restaurants of various price points are a short stroll away. We would be happy to stay here again!

  Most floks don't go out of their way to do things for others....Thank goodness you aren't most folks. We had a wonderful vacation! Your condo felt like home. The location was perfect. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant. We 'll be back!
