  We are a group of 8 grandmothers who vacation together for a week. Usually, we rent in Destin or Marco Island and this was the first time we;'ve tried Naples. I promise, it will not be the last. We absolutely concur 100% with everything Cathy said in an earlier review. This house was so well equipped, we were sorry we made a grocery stop before we got there. And although John was not in town (illness in the family) we were able to work out the few tiny problems by phone. The pool worked very well for water volleyball for short people, and the kitchen, although small, was better equipped than mine in Texas. We would--and plan to--definitely stay in this house again.

  We've just returned from staying at this fabulous home and wanted to share how great it was. We've been renting in Naples for more than 10 years in many beautiful homes but this is by far our favourite. The location can't be beaten, a short walk to a pristine private beach with ample parking, spotless toilets and friendly locals. It's 5 minutes to Coastland Mall and a flagship brand new Publix and very close to fifth, third and many other great restaurants. Mary and John were lovely to deal with and have created a fabulous vacation spot that is very much a home and doesn't feel like a rental. It has a HUGE pool, lots of space inside and out and comfortable furniture, beds etc. they have provided everything you could need that have been missing in other rentals we've stayed in: beach towels, cooler, lots of hair dryers, plenty of beach chairs & umbrella's, pool & sand toys. They have thought of absolutely everything you might need from herbs & spices for cooking to notepads, pens, toiletries, sellotape, ziplocks, clingwrap,and even reading glasses! It was without doubt the most well equipped home we've ever rented! We were a multi-generational party of 9, including 2 children & Mary kindly stayed at the house earlier in the day to receive the toddler bed we'd rented & they offered to organise a few groceries for us as we were arriving so very late. They not only refused to let me pay for the groceries they also left us fruit & cookies as they'd stayed at the house the night before us. Very unexpected & welcome after an arrival from the UK after midnight! There aren't that many 4 bed 3 bed houses for rent west of US41 & I was aware of this home in the 10 years I've been renting in Naples but it never made my shortlist due to the poor photos & a few concerns with the layout that I needn't have been worried about.. I'm so glad that the photo's were updated & I have to say the home is even lovelier than it looks. The layout with the open bathroom in the main bedroom was a bit off putting in the photos but the bath and toilet are private. There were enough chairs to allow all 9 of us to eat together inside and we enjoyed the fabulous bbq & pulled the outside chairs & 2 tables together so we could eat together outside. The outside secured patio area is a godsend when you have a swimming mad 3 year old who can't swim - it was also lovely to sit out for breakfast. The garden/pool area was huge, we picked fresh limes from the tree & enjoyed the abundant wildlife.

  My family rented this home last New Year holiday - right when i walked in I was so impressed with the quality, spaciousness of the home and the layout was perfect for my family of eight. we cooked many dinners in the well equipped kitchen. the home is truly special and we definitely will return and rent from John and his wife. they were the perfect host and very responsive. . Being a VRBO owner of two properties in Colorado I give my experience a 10+ . Location can't be beat. Jennifer Herberg

  My family of three shared this fantastic house with another family of five over winter break 2012 and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and centrally located near plenty of shopping but still in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the lanai and private pool. The owner was responsive, professional and easy to deal with. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this property.

  This upscale house is even better than the description and pictures provided by the owner. The layout is spacious, and provides privacy for 8 guests. The house was very nicely furnished, had everything one could expect from a beach house and much more. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped, in addition, there were beach chairs, umbrellas and even pool toys. The pool is warm, beautiful and private, and larger than it appears in the pictures. The private beach looks like a picture postcard. The location is convenient to all the Naples attractions, the zoo, the Botanical Gardens, shopping, etc. The owners were very helpful, showed us how to get to the beach and the supermarket. They were a pleasure to deal with and returned our security deposit promptly. They were always available by phone during our stay. I would recommend this property to people who enjoy a quiet and beautiful house to stay in the Naples area.

  Very clean, warm & comfortable home with a well stocked kitchen. Everything as described. Outdoor pool is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. Close to beach, golf, shops etc. This is a real gem of a home. Wonderful communication with owners.
