Just through the glass doors of your condo is a shaded patio facing the gulf. A pool is to your right, and the entrance to the beach is to your left. It is all about convenience. There is no wait for an elevator, no concern about a balcony. Open your door, smell the wonderful, fresh salt air, and walk onto the beach to start your day. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private patio.
The Beach Club offers 8 Hydra Court tennis courts, a marketplace, a spa, restaurant, sauna, weight room, indoor pool, outdoor pools, hot tubs, and seasonal activities for children. Most of all, it offers peaceful relaxation and the opportunity to make memories that last a lifetime.
Your condo has 2 flat screen TV's with the latest technology. WiFi and unlimited long distance are available. Newly redecorated, the condo offers everything to make your vacation a memorable one. The king sized bed has a cool core Memory Foam mattress topper. Linens are provided. Books, DVDs, games, and cards, are available in the living room. A table in the living room holds pens and paper for notes and binoculars for watching the dolphins play. A notebook in the condo contains helpful information.
If golf is your passion, there are three golf courses within minutes of the condo. Kiva Dunes and The Peninsula along with a third golf course are within a few miles of the condo. Fishing in the gulf, bay, and inland waters is also available. Use your own boat or charter one at the marina. Tennis buffs will enjoy the Hydra Courts. Shopping is great in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach at the Wharf, Foley at the Outlet Mall and in Fairhope, a quaint city on the bay about 45 minutes away. Those who love nature will enjoy the Bon Secour Wildlife Preserve facilities near the condo. History buffs might like the remnants of the Civil War fort where the Battle of Mobile Bay was fought. It is a few miles from the condo.
Children or grandchildren will love D102. There is a grassy area in front of the condo for a game of Frisbee.
When you turn onto the Fort Morgan road from Gulf Shores, time seems to slow down. Leave your worries and cares at home and experience the easy enjoyment and tranquil environment that is life on the gulf.

I have rented many condos in the Gulf Shore area over the past years. As a realtor, I have also previewed condos. I must say that, when I walked into this unit, I was overwhelmed at the extent of the supplies,amenities,furniture,etc. provided by these owners. You truly only have to come with your clothes--the owners have thought of everything you could possibly need or want to enjoy your vacation. Location is convenient, quiet, beautifully appointed.Recommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This beautiful condo opens onto a grassy lawn with a walkway right down to the beach. Sunrise and sunset views are spectacular! The condo is totally designed and furnished for the guest's enjoyment...right down to dvd's, flat screen tv's, gourmet kitchen and very comfortable and attractive furniture; toys are provided...so just stop at the grocery store and sit back and enjoy. Beach is gorgeous...lovely white sand, impeccably maintained by BC staff. And the restaurant, spa and indoor heated pool make it an all-in-one experience. Many fine restaurants and terrific shopping nearby and lots of fun outings. Very highly recommend this unit. It's beautiful in every way.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.
