This home is approximately 8 minutes from downtown and only 15 minutes to the fabulous strip where all of the world's most beautiful hotels and sights are located.
This home has been professionally decorated with your comfort and well-being in mind. The living room has a 20' vaulted ceiling which has an unobstructed bird's-eye view from the loft. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk-in closet, and a private bath. You also have a bird's-eye view of the pool and spa from the master bedroom.
The second bedroon has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. Each bedroom plus the family room have cable TV, VCR or DVD. A stereo system is in the family room for your enjoyment. The family room also has a sofa bed which sleeps two people comfortably. This home comes wi-fi equipped. Pets considered with extra pet deposit.
The pool and spa can be heated for your comfort and enjoyment during cooler months. All one has to do to enjoy this home is to bring your personal toiletries. Everything else is provided. ENJOY YOUR VACATION ! ! !
The surrounding area include casinos, cinemas, lakes, golf courses, and shopping malls. The downtown and strip areas are within minutes of the residence.
ADDITONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Check-in time is anytime after 2 PM and Check-out is 11 AM.
* Upon reservation, $500 Deposit; balance is due 2 weeks before occupancy. The deposit shall be forfeited if canceled within 2 weeks prior to arrival.

We stayed at this property for month, I was in Las Vegas for work and brought my family (wife + two sons). We have lived in Las Vegas previously and wanted to stay in Summerlin. The house is in a great location, clean and has easy access to a great Smith's grocery store and plenty of restaurants (especially a great sushi restaurant I can't remember the name of). We had some family visiting as well and the house comfortably sleeps 8 adults. The pool and spa were great, and having access to a BBQ made the experience even better. The owners responded quickly to any questions, and I can highly recommend this property and I hope I can get an opportunity to stay there again soon.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

Al and Sue are the perfect hosts and the home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. This home has plenty of specae and is close to all shopping,restaurants and fun. The pool and BBQ were graet to enjoy after a long day and the home is comfortable and made us feel like we were "home". It is in a great neighborhood and was quiet and just the perfect place to relax and do absolutely nothing. This was a perfect "vacation" and we will definitely be back. Al and Sue made us feel more welcome than our own families and for that I will always be grateful. This house beat the heck out of a suite at the Mirage or Bellagio. Thanks!

Well, here's that comments section! It only took me 7 months! First off, rent this house just to meet this lovely and amazing couple. That in itself is reason enough! I thank you for your warm welcome at such a horribly late hour... I don't know if I'd have gotten out of bed myself, but you did. I am still apologetic for that... sorry. Next time, only the husband and myself. Yes, we haven't choked each other yet! Now, the property itself is great. If Susan chose the decor, I give you a round of applause because Architectural Digest ain't got nothing on you! The master bedroom is lovely, with a wonderful, large tub perfect for soaking after a dip in the pool. The convenience of heating the jacuzzi and pool, even turning on the fan and lights are as easy as pressing buttons (literally). So, that's another plus if you're really up for a lazy-take-it-easy vacation. There's a grocery store near, perfect for getting some steaks to throw on the grill in the backyard. The neighborhood is lovely, safe and quiet. Plus a skip away to the main strip and downtown. Highly recommended and no better way to do Vegas than staying here. Did I mention she had candles and sweets? Well.. they did! Peace to you both, and only the highest of esteem.

Having just returned from a two week stay at this property I have no hesitation in recommending it. Al and Susan have provided an excellent home from which to discover Las Vegas and the surrounding area. Being able to have the use of your own private pool and spa after a days sight-seeing is a definite bonus! Many thanks to Al and Susan for your hopitality and help. We had a great time.

The house is wonderful. Even better than the photos on the computer. Al and Susan were very nice and helpful. We felt comfortable, safe and welcome. Our entire stay was great. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This is truly the only way to travel! We just returned and Al and Susan are the most hospitable home owners. We have used VRBO in the past, with positive results. We certainly were not disappointed this time either. Their home is beautifully appointed, very comfortable with all the touchings of the finest bed n breakfast! Al and Susan are there for you (if you need them). All this and only 15 minutes to the strip. Don't hesitate on this one!

This was one of the nicest vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. We had 8 people in the house, this included very young childern and adults. There was plenty of room for everybody. The attention to detail in this house was amazing. Al and Susan thought of everything. It was like staying in a 5 star bed and breakfast. My past experence with vacation rentals has been old used furniture and hand-me-down bed linens (if they supplied linens, most don't). Not at this house! The furniture was beautiful and new and the bed linens were 100% cotton with a high thread count. We were only a few miles from the big hotels. It was nice to be able to leave the smokey hotels at night and head back to a beautiful home. Please e-mail me if you have questions. I can't say enough nice things about this house.
