  We've stayed in vacation homes before, but none of them had EVERYTHING that this home did! The owner has thought of everything! We were so happy that it was so clean, the pool was well taken care of, the neighborhood was safe and friendly, and the girls in the office were so helpful. Why would anyone stay in a hotel when you have this as an option?!?!

  So clean, so close to Disney! We LOVED this house and want to go back! It was so nice having the managment company close by, and they were just a phone call away (day and night!) if we had any questions!

  Me and my family stayed here for over 2 weeks and had a great time. Great value, great location close to the parks. The neighborhood is generally well-kept and quiet, with a neat little playground within walking distance perfect for toddlers and smaller children. The house itself is just as described in the listing - no surprises, no letdowns. The pool area is nice, and has no rear neighbors so you get extra privacy. We did have some issues with the pool heat shutting off, but the management company was very attentive when we contacted them and quick to send someone out right away to look at it. There's a great hot-tub outside next to the pool, offering plenty of opportunity for some relaxation after the kids are in bed. Ample clean towels and linens were provided, and the bathrooms were clean (the master bath is extremely spacious with a huge tub). Overall the manager of the property was very good to work with throughout the entire stay - booking was a breeze, questions were answered thoroughly and promptly, and even during our stay they were available when needed. Their office is right there in the neighborhood, so if something else came up I'm sure we'd be able to get in touch with someone quickly, although we didn't need to! If there one area with room for improvement it's that some of the furniture is a bit worn, some of the dining chairs showed signs of heavy use (and even had a couple loose legs), and the living room furniture could definitely use some updating. The cleaning crew could definitely do a better job and detail-cleaning everything - there was a bit of a stale odor to either the furniture or the carpeting, and the couple of times we dropped something under the beds, we found the floor under there absolutely filthy. But the areas in the open were very clean and all the bathroom and kitchen areas were spotless. Overall a great home with plenty of room for 4 adults and at least a couple kids, the only thing keeping me from giving it a complete 5 stars are the minor cleanliness issues we had. I will definitely consider staying here or at one of Loyalty's other properties again next time I'm in the area - I travel to Orlando often and wouldn't mind coming back again.

  We LOVE coming to Florida, and we've tried many different vacation homes! But out friend told us about Loyalty so we gave it a shot. BEST DECISION EVER!! Our girls loved the Cinderella room and my wife and I loved how close we were to all the attractions. 2 thumbs up for Cinderella's Castle!

  We coud not believe our eyes when we walked into this house! My wife is a neat freak, and she was very impressed at how clean it was! My kids loves the pool, they stayed in it all day! It was so nice being so close to the parks, we put everyone in the car and we were there in 10 minutes! We loved it here, and we'll be back next year for sure!

  we stayed for a week in cinderella's castle, and it was amazing! our little girls loved the themed rooms, and my husband and I loved the pool! we've already told all of our friends about our stay! we had a great time!
