Located in prestigious Indian Bay, you are only 1 MINUTE from fast water to the main channel, there is no easier access to getting out and enjoying the water sports and back home to relax or have a bite to eat.
No time wasted on boat drive. Our beautiful home has the desired eastern exposure, which provides much needed shade on the deck from the late afternoon sun.
The dock is at the end of the secluded private bay (think cul-de-sac...no boat traffic) which is great for swimming, or just floating on a raft.
Fishing right off the dock. Or take a boat ride drive one of the many slues and enjoy!
The private dock has room for 2 boats. You will enjoy the composite deck (no splinters), complete with furniture and lounge chairs, for sunning during the day, or eating and relaxing at night.
Inside, you will find it beautifully kept. This home features an Great Room perfect for entertaining a family get together or relaxing by the TV. You will find a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, plates and glassware. All you need to bring is the food. You will also find a new Weber Gas Grill for those family BBQ's. Oh and yes water views galore
The master bedroom has a new pillow top king bed with a memory foam topper, brand new top of the line linens, and an attached master bath. You also have a sliding glass door that opens to the deck and offers great waterfront views with direct access to the new Hot tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and top of the line new linens. The third room includes one bunk bed with Full size mattresses on the bottom and Twin on top, which can sleep 3. There is also a twin fold up bed and porta crib available. All bedding, linens, and bath towels are included, as well as basic household items to get you started.
You can't spend all of your time on the water, so you can relax in front of the 70' television with Direct TV and an ITunes connector (HDMI)(our favorite way to watch movies & Play your music).
Relaxing on the deck is great weather you are watching the TV or listening to your favorite tunes while gazing at the water. Don’t be stuck inside, Wireless internet access allows you to enjoy the views while checking your e-mail or getting some work done...
Launch ramps are available at the Discovery Bay Yacht Harbor or Orwood Resort.(great food). Eight minutes away is a full service shopping center that includes Safeway, Longs Drugs, McDonalds, Starbucks and a Wells Fargo ATM. There is also “Dash” a Gas Station/Mini Mart just down the street. 15 minutes away is the “Streets of Brentwood” Mall with lots of shopping and Rave movie theater.
Renters Must be at least 28 years of age. Please respect that this is a NO SMOKING, FAMILY property.
We use this home ourselves for our own family enjoyment, we are sure you will enjoy our home as much as us.

The location is one of the best on Discovery Bay, close to fast water and great swim area. The house was comfortable for 6 people. We had our 2 yr.old grand-daughter with us and appreciated the safety gates. The only big problem was the air conditioner. It was 4th of July weekend and the temp was in the 100's and the air conditioner could not keep the house cool. ( The air conditioner probably needs to be replaced.) I also had to remind the owner to mail back our deposit. (It took several weeks before I got it).Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
Owner response: Thank you for the nice words, we make EVERY effort to make sure all our guests are comfortable. We since have had an attic fan installed this summer. With the new coverage offered by VRBO we will no longer have to require deposits from our guests, therefore wont have the delay through PayPal in returning deposit's. Yeah !!

This home is everything as advertised. We just had a family reunion, and we had the best time. Very close to fast water, hot tub wonderful, nice accomadations - everything we needed. There was also a paddle boat at the home for our enjoyment. The home was very clean and comfortable. We would love to stay there the next time we have a family reunion! My husband and I needed a getaway! Your home was perfect. My personal favorite was having my morning coffee on the deck watching the sun sparkle on the water. My husbands favorite was fishing right off the dock. There are some big fish out there. Your home is very cozy and comfortable. We look forward to coming back again soon!! (maybe with the kids - they would love it).
